Have you come to the assumption that God does not exist beceause "there is a lack of evidence"? Or have you really searched out the support there is for God and logically refuted that support. Any person who argues intellectually understands why their opposition believes what they believe and can then refute their arguments. Can you do this? Or do you just simply say "there is no evidence"? Which is ignorant, especially when talking about christianity and the validity of the Bible. And yes, as a christain I believe i could do this for atheism. I know there are brilliant atheists who can do this, I would like to hear from you. I understand this may call for lengthy answer. I believe in evolution, so don't try to use it against christianity, I believe evoluton and christianity are completely congruent with eachother.

A catholic private school that is the best in your town... or the public school that has poor test scores, high teacher turnover, and lots of student violence.

If you send your child to the Catholic school, they will have religion class once a week, and a school mass once a week and a supberb education. If you send your child to the public school they wouldn't be influenced by religion at all.

And by the way, you are not Chrisitan....

So what would you do?

He calls God 'father' but couldnt that be just a word he uses because he didnt have a father and he felt God was so close to him and so forth?

Also, he never says he is the son of God. John the Baptist does. Why is that?

Thank you

Why is it (I'm not gonna say all) some of you have such an utter disgust for anyone who does not conform to what you believe? Why do you feel the need to shove your doctrine down the throats of others? What is wrong with just believeign what you believe and being content in that. I believe in a higher power and that all roads (christian, jew, buddhist) lead to the creator. I do not shove my personal beliefs down the throats of people but I see so many christians and atheist do it on here all the time. Now Atheists you don't believe in God, I accept and respect that. Why do have a problem w/ people who do? Christians it says in your bible "36 Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful. 37 "Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven." So why do you have a problem w/ people who are different than you?

In reference to my earlier question at: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AnNVYXIzAioiJ6vsuktsk17sy6IX?qid=20070830114037AAWWGE5

Quite a few responded that wives have to submit to the husbands with the trust that the husband will also submit to Christ. I am guessing this means that the husband will be Christ-like in his actions.

(1) But what happens if the husband isn't Christlike?

In addition, no one really answered my question about what happens in the case that the woman has a type A personality and the man has a type B personality.

I think some assumption is made that all women are naturally Type Bs and all men are naturally As. As a therapist for 15 years, I have seen many successful couples where the woman is the go-getting, decision-making type and the husband is more of a laid back, supportive, silent wall of strength type and enjoys being so.

(2) Would such a couple have to change to if they were Christian in order to meet Paul's regulations?
