It is stupid, plainly stupid, just like the majority of laws in the UK. Wondering why other European countries laugh at us? We LET it happen, it's 'tradition'! Coooooool...

I agree entirely; the inadequacy of the law AND the stupidity if the onlookers/general population who let this pass unchallenged... totally pathetic. Thumb downs to all who answered before for not taking this more seriously.
