basically i was thinking is your soul actually real....come on, one thing that is supposed to keep you..well you and make you as a person something! we cant prove we have one so why do so many people think we have one, scientifically there is no proof, like the conspiracy about your soul leaving your body when you die and the sudden loss in weight, i don't know,, id like to hear what you all think

I truly believe this question to be the ahiest of all questions. It's athier than yours, and it's athier than the one you just answered. Granted, all of your questions are probably pretty athy, but this one tops the list.

Your thoughts?

Secular music is considered to be non-religious music. A lot Christians consider this type of music wrong. I'm a Christian, but I don't think all of it is wrong.

Yes, there is some inappropriate material in some secular music, but there are a lot of secular music that does not include profanity and can actually talks about love. Personally, I think people who think all types of secular music is wrong is practically close-minded, because they only think of the profanity and other inappropriate material. For me, Teen Pop and Children's music (which would be considered secular music) isn't entirely bad.

Still I would like to have your thoughts on this subject.

I´m going to need all your Cadillacs and all your cash. Because there are many open circles that need to be closed. For that I´ll need resources.
My power could do it all in a snap, but to deserve a place at my father´s right arm (He´s got a long right arm), the effort has to come from His Creatures.
This is the time of rapture. Get prepared and don´t take your toothbrush, you won´t need it.

My loyal followers, WILL YOU KNEEL BEFORE ME?

do you think there will ever be a day when nobody has to "come out" and they'll be able to be themselves and date who they want without being threatened/laughed at/ or made fun of??

(yes i know you dont have to come out now but it seems to make things easier)

Let me speculate:
A KGB (in soviet times OC) sleeper agent in the US must have enjoyed the advantages of the west and realized that the concept was superior to MrxLeninisn.
A terrorist that went to Harvard must have tasted the good life to compare with fundamentalism.
But they still went on working for their causes although everything around them shows a life less harsh.
It´s clear that all WWII germans were not Nazis. Many have killed for their country, although in disagreement with official policy. They didn´t surrender, they fought on, even if it was clear that they were on the receiving end passing 1943.
So my theory is that believers are so much into their faith, that no matter how one demonstrates the obvious, only a tremendously traumatic experience would shake them loose from their course.
If some study could be done about the obstinacy against overwhelming good sense, I´d be REALLY interested to read the results.

I try to not think too much about these kinds of things and "I don't believe in it" but I've heard so many things about some weird stuff happening to people. Some of the people were close to me and I know of some that "didn't believe in anything of that" but sadly witnessed one of this weird acts. My cousin, a non believer, was sleeping with his wife and daughter when he felt something weird happen. He, the wife and the 1 year old girl woke up and their backs were all scratched and then the scratches suddendly dissapeared. I know my cousin since forever and I know that he never lies.

When I was 16 I was alone at home in my house of Massachursetts, I was doing my homework and no1 else was at home. The TV was on and I was hand writing a paper in the kitchen table. Then I felt like if someone hitted me in the lower part of the head and my head move down and everthing, my hair moved too. I checked again the house and nobody was there. When I was little in DR I used to hear keys...

There have been a lot of "remember when?" etc, questions lately, but I don't recall anyone mentioning incinerators. The house I grew up in had an incinerator in the back yare. It was made of bricks and had a metal door to empty in the trash and a chimney. A "garbage man" picked up the garbage once a week and an "ash man" picked up the ashes from the incinerator every so often. Ashes were kept in an ash can. Then at one point incinerators were banned in Los Angeles -mid-50s I think, and we had another collector pick up what we used to burn.
