I (foolishly) asked my 22 year old son if I irritated him - not surprisingly, he said, yes. Always nagging him to do this, or that, and interrupting the football match to speak to him, sort of thing. Being a glutton for punishment, I then asked how he rated me as a mother - 1 being abyssmal and 10 being perfect. He gave me 9 (on the basis that no-one is perfect). Wow!

So I invite you to 'fess up' and admit the things you do that irritate your children. It's an extremely theraputic exercise - you'll feel much better afterwards, honest! Oh, and then ask them how they rate you. Go on, live dangerously!

I was looking up the CIA for another answer, and I saw the career page a diversity page. There I found mention of the Agency Network for Gay and Lesbian Employees (ANGLE). If we can allow gay people into the intelligence branch of government, where loyalty and competence are the primary requirements, how can we possibly justify not allowing gay folks to openly serve in the military?

i jsut now found out that my step father's mother just died...she died in an airplane going back home...she was a lovely old woman, vital, if there was a party she would be there...she is/was very much loved...could you remember her and her family in your prayers??? i know it's a lot to ask and thank you.

Today is the first mass on my campus for the school year. A few of use decided to dress up (normally jeans is worn) and im not sure if I should go with the pink knee-length skirt or the brown ankel length skirt.

Its all young people, except the preist, and he is cool.

I know that the the real exorcism is the only one we have but I know some people who wish it were different just for the fun of it.

Personally, I sometimes wish it were a bit more like hunting real demons, monsters, and vampires (evil ones). You know, with guns loaded with silver bullets?

I was always taught (by protestants mind you) that a Christian is someone that accepts Jesus Christ as their savior and as God.

Now some of you are telling me that is true but if you kiss rings, ask holy persons to pray for you or believe in an area between heaven and hell it over rides that fact that you believe Jesus is God and He is salvation... right?

Why is it NOT a terrific "gotcha" game to demand faith rather than supply sufficient proof?

In what other area of life are we required to function without our reasoning faculties fully engaged.

Can a Christian actually sin against God's holy spirit, or active force?
Matthew 12:31 but the blasphemy against the holy spirit will not be forgiven.
If we practice sin willfully after having received the accurate knowledge of the truth there is no longer any sacrifice for sins left but there is a certain fearful expectation of judgment.

there is a sin that does incur death. 1 John 5:16
But is it left to the one who has sinned seriously to determne whether he has committed a sin that does incur death?

As everyone knows everyone is learning all the time and we can always improve who and what we are in some way...it's a never-ending cycle, wouldn't you agree...
I'd like to enhance my mental power
I've managed to Astral Travel many times in my life but only in my dream, not by choice truth is I'm not sure how I did it, it just happened.

All I'm asking is anyone who has any simple methods on how to enhance wake meditation without any materialistic objects involved, maybe some natural objects, but a maximum of 3 only?

I'm talkin' REAL Astral Travel, and methods from those who have done it and work.

Please answer seriously and discreetly, I don't want any discrimination or victimisation about this, meaning NO pompous baphoons!

(And no psychotic people please, I'll know the difference hehehe...I'm sure noone here is. Its cos' ya all not fick innet :)
