We are no longer alone and we no longer have to be afraid but most important is that we no longer have to pretend. The real self is the person that God loves!
Safety lies in obedience to proper instruction and commands (a command is more forceful than an instruction).
The vivid point taken in, ‘will pay,’ is that whoever despises the teaching will be treated as a debtor. ‘He will pay for it,’ means that the debtor will pay for his debt with the consequence of that debt (sin). The sin of course is that he has offended against God’s law of obedience to God!
In our fourth step inventory we can be very certain that honesty is far better than pretension even if it turns out that we are not quite who we thought we were. Some who are poor (spiritually) pretend to be rich

hi freinds i am a 17 yearold girl i am ahighschool student and i am studing science i have universityentering exam next year and i have problem to choose a course actually i like medicine but my grandpa was a doctor and my mother says being a doctor will make life hard for me and she says i should be always in hospital and i would not feel the moments of life she wants me to become chemist but i do not like chemistry itself let me tell you about my lessons or marks in exams and then please tell me which course will suit me? i am really good on physics i am good at biology i am terrible at chemistry i am normal at math i am normal at english i am terrible at arabic i am good at litrature i am terrible at theology . ok then?

Please, this question is just to be answered by the people for whom it is troubling.

Please don't say because the bible says it's a sin. The bible also says eating shellfish and pork is a sin (leviticus 11:10, 11:7) but nobody has their panties in a twist or their shorts in a knot about that.

Please don't say because it's gross and disgusting. That is an incredibly rude comment to make about someone else's personal preference. If that's the case, politeness requires keeping your opinion to yourself.

I really don't get it. Some people like chocolate; some like vanilla. Some people are gay or lesbian; some are straight. What's the problem? You can't change sexual preference by an effort of the will any more than you could change your favorite ice cream flavor.

Okay, I first saw someone answer on here with something along the lines of "Global Warming is basically an Atheist myth." I assumed this person was making it up until I saw a section of Jesus Camp that shows a mother home schooling (or rather indoctrinating) her two sons, telling them that since the average US summer temperature has only gone up a few degrees, Global Warming simply isn't happening.

Seriously, the creation vs evolution thing is overlookable compared to this. Are there really many people out there that can just overlook the fact that the ice in Northern waters is receeding? And they base this purely on the idea that the temperature in the US hasn't gone up much?

Please tell me this is an idea shared by only a few people.

The closest thing it says was that we were created for God's pleasure. However that answer is not good enought. The only religion I have found so far that addresses this concern is Buddhism. I can't get that out of my mind why we are forced into existance and then be made to be held accountable. Its like God forced us to sign a contract. What if I said before my existance, "I don't want existance?" I feel that life is forced upon us. Please only give intelligent answers and don't just say, "pray" or "read the bible." I want to know what "you" think, not what the bible thinks.
