and people will shun him away and reject him. He's ugly because he takes our sin and makes it his so that we can be saved.

I hope the Messiah (which means anointed, btw) will be ugly. I don't know about all of that about sin, etc, but I do believe that too high of a premium is placed on unnatural concepts of physical beauty. I think more of a Pre-Raphaelite concept of natural beauty would do the world good.

So if he takes our sins (non-physical) he becomes ugly. Then that will mean he is non-physical ugly. His soul will be ugly. If an ugly soul means he is full of sin... does that mean that "our" messiah will be the antichrist or a really evil person? Wouldn't you shun him away?

We can't shun Him again because we have not yet actually seen Him. I'll be in heaven before I see the Messiah... I hope.

I never did, I don't judge people by the way they look, only by their actions.
I'm not sure if the "Messiah" of which you speak of even truly exists. Oh, I can see so many people (or at least one person trying to win me over with verses from a book written by delusional men)

Well he did take our sin away, but since he is a spirit person now, (flesh cannot exist heaven), the sin has been done away with.
