I know they used to do this a lot in the 90's but isn't it tie they stopped putting their teeth at risk and chose to use a proper toothpaste.

Some of my best friends have been Americans. They all say that they brush with milkshake or they don't brush at all.

The problem for us was solved in part when they invented "milkshake" flavor toothpaste with fluoride. Thanks for asking though.
