my mom also told me thay on the decovery channel thay said that the pic of the titanic that we all have seen where fakes so that no one would try to bring the titanic back up and that thay showed the real titanic in full not in half. so again what do you thing and please be nice thank you

with me? If going to hell means that I think that Gandhi was a much better man than George Bush I will gladly go. If knowing that sexuality is not a choice, and even if it were it is none of my business means I will go to hell, I will gladly go. If making love and not being married to him means I am going to hell, count me in. If going to heaven means that I believe that God flooded the earth and Adam and Eve were the only people on earth, than I will choose hell.

Especially since hell is an imaginary place invented by men who desired control of the masses. I am uncontrollable!

My parents believe in god. My family had 2 weekly bible lessons, and Sunday lessons. My parents taught us,(behind the back of the churches leaders), that every positive religon is to be respected and that somehow all of this comes from 1 supreme spirit. All love comes from love. I am teaching my kids this too. I also take them to church. I sometimes think I am being a hypocrite because I go to church, I DO BELIEVE IN GOD, and then I tell them what my parents told me. I am a good person- so my parents must have done something right- although I sometimes wonder if their acceptance of other religon was somehow a way for them to make us believe that christianity was the way to go... My husband doesnt even believe in a god and wont go to church but tells my kids the same thing. I have no problem with this. Am I a hypocrite?

People here seem to get things out of no where

They always accuse the pophet of things that they can't prove.
They always say the quran is false with out any good backing to support their argument

that one male plays the girl in the relationship and the other I guess plays the male. And why is there studs( the girls that dress like a man) and the girly girls? I believe in God, especially in karma & I also pray to god when I am in need of help (I also pray everyday as much as I can). The reason for that is because I have experienced both the above phenomenon work well for me several times. However, I do not believe in following religious or traditional customs (especially pertaining to sexual abstinence, alcoholism etc.)

Would I still be considered as a religious person, or as an agnostic?

I've been in a long distant relationship for the past 5 years...I'm in love with her. and yesterday I found out that she was cheating with a gaycoworker. we talked all night last night and she was saying she was sorry and that she wanted to still be with me. and that she didnt want to be with her and it was her being curious about women.questioning her she has been seeing her for months. I had asked the question earlier whether Islam fails the test of Matthew 7: 15-20. Some of the responses I got were from people saying that that it means Christianity (the community) fails, which I agree it has failed miserably at times. Back to the original question. I believe the passage means ‘that you should be able to tell if a future prophet is true by their words & actions (the standard(s) being set down by Jesus himself by his words and actions) so to ask the question more clearly…. is Mohamed a false prophet because he did not pass the test of words and actions set down by Christ himself i.e. (forgiveness, peace, turning ones cheek, acts of gentleness and kindness etc. etc. etc.) …I would like to hear from everyone especially Buddhists who as a Christian I hold in high regard because they seem to clearly pass the test in Matthew where as Moslems seem not to.
