A lot of people don't take the time to edit their answers. I have also noticed that quite a few questions are asked by people who don't speak English very well, so they don't know how to phrase their questions, and some are by kids who don't care about grammar.
I find some of them really funny, and some just plain stupid.

Unfortunately, this gem of a program is overrun by illiterate American tweens who have no patience to type correctly. What's the difference to move your finder two inches to hold the shift button?!

Because they're freaking idiots.
Because there's so much technology, and we've formed this shorthand that pretty much everyone understands, people don't care about proper spelling and grammer. If they can make themselves understood without it, they figure... why not?
