My first day in middle school, the principal said "If, on locker check day we find Satanic symbols in your locker or anything supporting Satan, you will be suspended." I find a few things weird about that.

1. They never said "Alternatively, if you have anything about God or Jesus/ Allah/ Buddha/ Krishna in your locker, you will be suspended too."
2. Don't we have the right to express ourselves?
3. Why would something like that not be ok for a student to have? Like I said, they didn't mind anything else, just Satanism.
4. Aren't schools supposed to be about learning and not religion?
Do you think that's right?

Oh F.Y.I, I'm not Satanist, that just stuck in my head since then.

I'll tell you straight out I don't believe in this or god. Please think about this though. How will we know when or if Jesus returns, will he throw a party, and who would believe him. When someone says they're Jesus we automaticallly assume they're not. Is he going to float down on NYC through the clouds? When a homeless man says he's Jesus we all automatically asume he's not even though he could be Jesus. Jesus may have returned thousands of times without us knowing. I'm Jesus, do you think I'm lying?

its cool but they just like me cuz i dress like a cholo and smoke weed and listen to rap. oh btw im 14 they dont care that im smart and when i say something smart they say... what? its hard to find smart girls in highschool that are also pretty. i mean im not shallow thats why i havent dated in a year. all the smart girls i know are juniors and seniors and wont talk to me cuz imma freshman. stupid question i know but why dont they like me for what i really am.

I've read Imhotep was worshipped as a god & that his worshippers were still worshipping him at least as late as 500 BCE.
My questions are:
1) are there still woshippers today and,

I had unprotected sex Thursday with a guy I only knew for 15 min and the next night I had sex with his brother, stole a condom off my best friend, drank alcohol, 'borrowed' my mom's car while she was asleep because mine broke down next to a drug house, and smoked a lot of marijuana in the last week? Did Jeuse really want you to eat his flesh and drink his blood?
Is this a metaphor or not?
If it is, couldn't the verse about him walking on water be a metaphor for him being a good swimer?
or
The verse about healing the blind be a metaphor for him cleaning some1 eyes?

How do you know what's a metaphor or not, if you just go based on what you clergy says then you can just believe everything you hear bc im pretty sure he wasn't there and he is only telling you what he heard, so how do you know it should be taken literaly or not?

okay. im totally pissed about ripsi going home. i think that stupid brat kerry should have left, she's obviously not a 'BAD' girl if she cant handle a little fight?!?!?! what a wimp. ripsi had a reason to be there. if kerry is so mature and all, why is she there to claim shes a bad girl? shes obviously not.

I have a roomate who attacks mexicans in front of other white roomates just to jab at me facetiously because I'm mexican. He pretty much uses every racist joke in the book. The thing is, he envelopes it in a tone of jest so as to avoid being labeled a racist. He assumes it won't offend me but is it that unreasonable to presume a mexican friend might not find mexican jokes very funny, especially when they're at his expense? Am I being too sensitive? I've been told by a few people that I am.

They want to teach evolution to us next grading period. My mom has already talked to the principal with a group of moms from the churches. The school refuses to teach creation but they want to teach evolution so I am thinking that I should lead a walk-out. Everyone who believes that God made this world and everything in it should simply walk out when the teacher starts about evolution. No fuss, no noise.. Just walk out of the classroom and sit in the hall until it is over with.

There's this man who I get a very strange feeling about. Just listening to a friend tonight made me think that I have been wrong all along. I do believe he's been with hookers, into drugs, and just plain has been a bad person. I don't deserve someone in my life messing with me that has such or had such a disgusting lifestyle. has anyone seen this movie?

did it effect anyone's thinking?

it effected mine. it showed me that yes, not all black people are bad, but then in the end, the boy still was shot and killed. all for what, because he blew smoke in some dumb kids face? its never okay to murder, but why do black people murder for such stupid reasons? i know its just a movie, but its real. black people want respect, but do they deserve it? when 1 in 3 black men are in a form of the legal system? some black people are wonderful people, but the movie has changed my opinion. its right. white people came here and flourished. blacks and mexicans came here to exploit everything to their ability. it pisses me off. why should we respect people who clearly dont respect us or our country?

im not a racist, but i am observant enough to see the difference in the way black people act as opposed to white people.

throw out your opinions on this movie. anyone agree with me?
