Like "teng'ke". The stress is on the first syllable ("teng"), but you also pronounce the last syllable "ke" clearly, with more emphasis then you would do in English - rather like "teng'kay", if you omit the final y-sound and leave the syllable open.

You would pronounce it as "ten-kuh" stressing the kuh
