Did Jeuse really want you to eat his flesh and drink his blood?
Is this a metaphor or not?
If it is, couldn't the verse about him walking on water be a metaphor for him being a good swimer?
or
The verse about healing the blind be a metaphor for him cleaning some1 eyes?

How do you know what's a metaphor or not, if you just go based on what you clergy says then you can just believe everything you hear bc im pretty sure he wasn't there and he is only telling you what he heard, so how do you know it should be taken literaly or not?

I do not think that it needs so much mental thinking to know that when a story is talking about a person who was blind for all his life and Jesus made him see is a metaphor that he only cleaned his eyes..and I think it is so much clear that when Jesus held the bread and said this is my flesh and then held the cup and said this is my blood was not for real but a metaphor.
Dear read the bible and you will by ur self be able to define a metaphor from something real..

that is a metaphor of course. Jesus even explains to us what the bread stands for and the wine. it is a reminder as to what Jesus did for us.

have you read the story about when he walks on water? he stands there and asks Peter to walk to him and Peter does. but when Peter begins to dought, Peter sinks... you saying that Peter knew how to swim just fine then out of the blue couldnt?

if Jesus was but only cleaning the eyes of the person then why would it be such an amazing thing to the people around him? couldnt just anyone clean another's eyes?
