How do you deal with problems at work that seems unavoidable?

Stituations where the boss misjudges you, then treats you unfairly in a way where your always worried about your job. You know you were treated terribly, but there's nothing you can do about it. Your now worried about loosing your job that you cannot afford to loose. So you ask a few employees that seem trustworthy on how to deal with it. At first they seem understanding, but then you learn that no matter how honest you are, they don't belive you cause they haven't experienced it. So then they see you as the problem as well. Now your worried about how the boss is gonna treat you, & what those employees may say to the boss about you. Even if you earn your bosses respect, the employees you spoke to in the past who may move up, may destroy that respect because of what they now think of you.

Seems like a lose/lose situation, & all you can do is stressfully wait to get fired for one big misunderstanding. It's depressing me.

my wife went outside this morning, and our neighbor's dog was lying dead in the middle of the common driveway. She buried it, and came home crying, telling me that she didn't have it in her to tell the neighbors, who aren't home right now, that their dog had been hit by a car over nite. she wants me to tell them. who should?

I'm really interested in Wicca and... stuff. But most things in there will turn me into a pagan(I'm Christian and I want to stay that way THANK YOU VERY MUCH!) So I'm planning to start make my own way of magic that uses The Holy Bible as it's basis and God's power and nature's spirits(Yeah, I believe in those) as it's battery(power source). I work as a Health care assistant, looking after elderly patients in their homes, the problem is that as soon as people hear I'm South African they start talking down to me, and make assumptions like that I never had any decent schooling.
They will say things like: "How would you know, you dont have this or that in Africa!"
I really cant stand it anymore!
What should I do? Say something back to them or just quietly ask for a transfer?

For example why dont we discuss the basis of religion: Islams basis is that God is One. And were all His creatures. Therefore no one is Perfect, no one is Unique but God.

Given that youre a believer in a god. Can you honestly argue against that?

I had honestly never come across this before until a couple days ago while being trained in a certain area of the store I work at. The sales associate kept going on about paint fumes causing birth defects (?), meanwhile apologizing to me the entire time since I was supposedly a victim of such who was also developmentally challenged, neither of which I have ever been. This was all because I am slightly shorter than average. No one else to my knowledge has made any issues of it. She spent more time apologizing than actually teaching anything.
