To serve as a reminder....He brought us into this world from dirt, and he can take us out.
Honestly...do you think you are having some sort of revelation? How about contemplating where dirt came from? Why is there dirt at all? Did it come from the Big Bang Dust Ball? Where did the dust ball come from and what created it?
Hmmm...life came first and the dirt is just the remains of all life before us.

This question made me laugh, thank you for that. I have to wonder myself what this story is supposed to illustrate and how many of the sheep take it literally. Is it just what primitive man came up with to explain the creation of people or what. Perhaps it was a special kind of dirt that only existed in one place and the remaining dirt was of a different variety.

At least there is some truth to this since the body is made of the six elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus. All these building materials are part of the 'dirt' or dust of the earth

The essential ingredients were in the dirt and Adam was created from it. HE certainly did make enough of it, didn't HE?? Have a great day.

Well he obviously didn't need all the dirt to create one person. Adam would have been huge if he had.
