I couldn't believe what I had witnessed.

fortunately i am not homeless but i was osndering would the problem of homelessness be lesseened if council;s and landlords gave people a address to live in rather than leraving them in a position where they cant claim benefits because they have no address basically give the homeless people a adress then they can claim benefits these are just my thoughts and opinions on current policies what do others think

I mean when ever there is a crime where specifically a black person from Harlem is offended by a white he is the first one to come out publically and get his face on TV. He is saying that he is doing it for peace and for goodness. But I never saw him publically do the same when Wesley Autrey, the hero, saved that guyin the Subway. I mean if you say you are a man for GOOD then where are you to celebrate the actual GOOD and Humanity of people. My mother's name was (1950s) Margaret Mary Mackenzie and she lived and worked at the Shaftesbury Hotel (now Radisson Mountbatten) at Monmouth St, London WC2 for about 5/7 yrs whilst I lived with the Martin family at 36 Mimosa Street, SW6. She was stated to be British and briefly worked at Barker's of Kensington in 1950 before securing job with the Shaftesbury. Her purported dob is 11 June 1927 and I was born 1951 at St Mary Abbot's Hospital, Kensington. My father (diplomatic service) returned to Cairo and shortly after I was born all contact ceased apart from one contact (unnamed). 10 years I have been trying to locate Margaret who did not appear to have any family in UK and her NHS appears 'different' so she may have been born abroad. She worked with Lily Ettel who remembers Margaret and Colin Tutt (emigrated to America and now dead) but little else and I desperately would like to know my mother and for her to know my family before it is too late. With V-day coming up, I need help with Valentines gifts! I have my stepgirls covered and my son's grandparents. But I am having a tough time with what to get a 20 month old boy (this is more for me-don't want to leave him out), my hubby of 2 years, and my son's new day care center teachers and support staff. I need a inexpensive idea for day care and since my anniversary is coming up in March, I tend to avoid a massive gift for hubby as I save up for our anniversary. I did candy for my hubby last year that he has yet to finish! Help!!!
