That is not called a tilde, tilde looks like an apostrophe and is used to give accent to certain letters in spanish (a,e,o, i, u). He wants to make an ñ. The way the is pronounced is hard to explain in writing. You have to understand that in spanish keyboards to do @ it might be a bit harder. I made a few corrections.

Would be the best for are you going back that way again.

If you are in a internet cafe just ask someone to help you. To do the ñ.

ñ en spanish es eñe (spelled out and how it would be pronounced). If you can't say it show them on paper.

Arroba is how you say @ in spanish. Hope this helps.

Hey,

To get the n with the line on top just press ALT and at the same time press 164 on the right hand number keyboard.

Anyway but if you wantyed to ask that in sapnish you would say:
Donde esta la ene con la linea encima en el teclado?

by the way that n with the line on top is called la eñe and it looks like this: ñ

What is where is the at key on the keyboard: Donde esta la arroa en el teclado

is that pretty much correct in spanish): Thats pretty much correct but it has a few mistakes.. the correct version is below

what is are you going back that way again?: Vas a volver a ese lado otra vez?

Hope that helps..

I do it with ALT+164: ñ. If you want a capital "enye", then ALT+165 should do the trick: Ñ.

By the way, all accents in Spanish are called tilde(s) by the Real Academia Española.

It's called a tilde. ~ is located in the upper left (over `) of my keyboard to the left of ! (1).
It gives a Y sound to N.
I've yet to figure out how to put it directly over a letter.
