With V-day coming up, I need help with Valentines gifts! I have my stepgirls covered and my son's grandparents. But I am having a tough time with what to get a 20 month old boy (this is more for me-don't want to leave him out), my hubby of 2 years, and my son's new day care center teachers and support staff. I need a inexpensive idea for day care and since my anniversary is coming up in March, I tend to avoid a massive gift for hubby as I save up for our anniversary. I did candy for my hubby last year that he has yet to finish! Help!!!

A day care worker was in our office a bit ago and she said "get the day care a nice plant for outdoors"-is Feb to early to get them something like that? They do like to have child safe plants around the building and in the play ground-and it would be a benifit to my child too!

How about a cute mylar balloon for your son. My 20 mo. old granddaughter loves those. I try not to get my hubby candy either. He doesn't need it for one thing! I get him lottery tickets sometimes. He won't buy them himslef anymore but he does love the scratch off ones. Not too romantic, though! Body wash? Will he use that? Bath and Body Works has a men's line and there are several men's ones in the grocery store. Body wash, a dark colored puff, and other grooming products? As for the day care people, a nice bottle of hand lotion might be good. I am SURE they wash their hands a lot! Maybe things they need for the room like kleenex and paper towel, etc. AND perosnal lotion bottles. I AM the day care for my grandkids and I love to get lotion!

Wow I thought the holiday was specific to sweethearts... gotta admire you're dedication to the cause, but isn't that what Christmas/Birthdays are for?
