Jesus wasnt about peace he said he didnt come to bring peace but to bring a swift sword, Christians are the most judgemental and ignorant people Ive met. Why dont they have the will to do the research on there own to discover the real truth and not what some pastor of a church has crammed into there heads so the can get there tithing money.

The Sun god's day is Sunday.
The Moon god's day is Monday.
Tyr's day is Tuesday.
Odin's day is Wednesday.
Thor's day is Thursday.
Frigga's day is Friday.
Saturn's day is Saturday. (OK, he's not Norse. He's a Roman God.)

If you could rename the days of the week to reflect life for the next thousand years, what would you choose for the seven days?

(Personally, I'm partial to secular names, but I'm not opposed to names drawn from the stars, biology, literature, physics, etc.)

I took this photo of a face on wood. He even has a cross on his right cheek. Who do you think it is and what should I do with it. I've seen religious images like this sell for plenty of money. I'm glad I didn't take it at home, I've seen what people do to places where religious images appear. You can see the photo at:

We all know how muslim factions have their own militias that create chaos in Middle East countries and often can not be controlled by those countries' military.
What if the same thing happened within the US? What if religious factions had their own militias?

(notice the part about these militias roaming the streets of New Orleans)

Properly, Jesus would likely have been named, 'Yshua bar-Ysef', or, Joshua, Son of Joseph.

Christ, Christos, 'annointed one' (or Messiah) are titles, not names. For example, David and Solomon were both Mosiach, because they were Kings of Israel and as such had been anointed with the holy oils as part of that role. Those who claim Jesus is the big fulfiller of the promise believe he was HaMosiach, meaning basically "THE Messiah".

Saying Jesus Christ is his full name would be like saying his full name was Jesus King because he was a king.

So why is it exactly that so many people, Christian and non-Christian alike, seem to make this mistake?
