oh yes...I am the queen of quick cooking. If I am really wore out, I will cook chicken nuggets, little frozen pizzas, hotdogs, sloppy joes. I can't even remember the last time i spent more than fifteen minutes on dinner. My daughter also loves macaroni and cheese and stuffing...both of them are really quick. Ohhhhh, and I also cook mashed potatoes with EVERYTHING. The instant ones...takes like three or four minutes. Good luck, don't work too hard.

Hormel makes great easy meals! They are in the meat section. You just microwave and add rice or noodles, etc. My kids love the roast beef - I cut it up and we eat it on sub buns. Also they have steak tips with gravy, pork roast, meat loaf - several really good meats. Takes about 10 minutes to cook the whole meal and the kids really like them. Crock pots are a great idea too. I put boneless chicken breast (or turkey) and baby carrots in mine and add a big can of chicken broth - kids love that too. My 10 month old can eat it too because they come out so soft. My kids are 13, 9, 6 and 10 mths. I've been having to come up with ideas for years! Tyson makes great chicken too - in the frozen section. Kids love the nuggets but any chicken that brand is great (patties, strips, buffalo...) - add fries or tator tots! Yum! Another idea is Campbell's Chunky brand soup. They are thick and filling. My baby eats the potatoe with cheese and bacon, the others all pick whatever they want. Also in the soup isle is beef stew and chicken and dumplings (Hormel brand) in the can. I also make spaghetti with spiral noodles instead of the ones you have to cut up. I usually make garlic bread with any of those and they have their meal.

Mac n Cheese and beef hotdogs. My kids love that.
I also throw chicken or beef on the indoor grill (ala George Foreman) and some veggies in the microwave. They make some really good steamfresh veggies now that taste great and are good for ya.

Yoy may want to buy a crock pot.
Toss the ingredients in the pot the night before and stick them in the fridge...
Set the pot and walk out the door in the morning...
When you get home, dinner is done!

stuffed chicken breast. you will need boneless breast (wash and clean) cover them with wax paper or foil pound them flat. you can stuff them with rice or dressing (pre-cooked) once they are flat put about a table spoon of you filling in the center roll to close. place the seam side of the breast in a oven proof dish or pan and bake until done. take a can of cream of chicken or cream of mushrooms and pour of the chicken breast use the same can, fill with water to pour over the breast. you can add carrots, green peppers, onions, potato, what ever veggies your family like.
what about a hot breakfast for dinner. we do it all the time your kids will love to have waffles of pan cakes for dinner.
