I can't understand why every person on every website I go to has to be a jerk to everyone. I recently asked for help with the paint program GIMP and on the website I went to some people asked to see what I've drawn with GIMP so far. I pull out a few samples and I get nineteen people saying that everything I draw is crap and I shouldn't even be allowed to use paint programs.
It seems to be the same wherever I go everyone tries to get satisfaction by hurting the feelings of others. It seems to me that if the world is going to be a better place then we should all train ourselves to be nice even if it is to someone we have never met on internet who is just asking for a little advice.

Ok...you've got the word racism meaning hatred toward other races...So is there a word for religious people that think the same way about religion? I know people are going to say that religious people don't "hate" others...but come on now...I haven't met one person that doesn't have a problem with someone elses beliefs. I just want to know what that word is.

They walked to the train, then from the train to the deathcamp. Then to the ovens, etc. Why? Why didn't they lay down and make the Nazi's work a little? Why don't humans resist oppressors? Is there any greater foolishness than to make mass killing easier for the bad guys?

I'll tell you. People of different races. Gays. No, those people are not your enemy. The enemy is the people who continue to make a big deal out of blacks and whites, or Mexicans. Out of straights or gays against one another. In short, your enemy is those who make an issue out of the fact that some people just don't get along with other people. The enemy tries to expand the scope of the individuals discontent to encompass an entire race or group of people.

In short, there are TWO enemies, a.k.a. The Enemy. It is Government and Mass Media.

A while ago I suggested that Christians need to campaign to have a law added that would make remarriage after divorce illegal. The only exception would be if the divorce was because of "fornication". This is supported by Matt 19:4-6 and 1Corinthians 7:10-11.

Now to allow this kind of remarriage to continue is giving special rights to a divorced person.

You should have seen how many were not too happy with the thought of a law like this one.

I say, if we allow divorced people to remarry, pretty soon they will be wanting to marry 4 wives, or 4 husbands, Polygamy is next. Or bestiality. They may want to marry a talking donkey.

Those are the exact same arguments that I see against gay marriage. They will campaign against gay marriage and claim that gays want "special" rights. They claim that allowing gay marriage will then lead to polygamy and bestiality. One genius even compared gay marriage to child abuse.

Is all sin equal?

Here is something I've thought about but never asked anyone, why is it when something happens in our society the people in the entertainment business are alway quoted as if they have the "final answer" to many issues. I think this is so INSANE...when did this begin asking them for their solutions to problems they are not qualified to answer? I'd like to know your feelings are they like mine or am I off base?
