why do people wear it? does anyone wear it all the time..and if so, can you wear it when you are taking a shower?

I like to celebrate the turning over of the calendar, the end of a year, start of another.

I also like getting together with family, and decorating ina wintery theme.

Some people say that I'm a sinning sack of sh*t for not knowing that this is some guy called Jesus's Birthday, though he died over 2000 years ago.

I tell them that the supposed holiday was crated by the christians to replace the pagan celebrations, and that no one knows for sure when Jesus the man was born.

I then wish them a happy holiday and watch them foam at the mouth.

We are having a going away party for a women that I have worked with for about 10 years. I bought her a really nice pair of gold leverback earrings with dangle cross charms on them. I have a pair and love them. So I thought she would to. But while I was having lunch with a friend today, she told me this lady is of the Morman faith. And that mormans do not believe in wearing crosses. I don't want to offend this lady, or give her a gift that she will not wear. I have searched the internet and can not find any thing about this subject. Can some one please tell me if this is true or not. Do Mormans not believe in wearing crosses?

I am a religious person. I believe in God and have respect to people of all religions. A number of times I have asked questions to learn information and get rude remarks by many christians telling me I will go to hell for not following Christ. I believe in God alone yet I respect and Love Jesus as a prophet. I guess I am just hurt by the way I have been told: You are going to hell. I dont think this is a good way to teach people of your religion when they ask. You have the opportunity on this site to teach so many people, and many people who learn will explore farther into your religion, convert (and thus be saved). So why all the condemnation?

Beyond the shadow of a doubt the Quran is the Mother of all Scripture and even Muslims have made a mockery of this Final Message to mankind.
