I don't know, but maybe people just think that because she played a lesbian in Under the Tuscan Sun. It would be nice, I guess, because I (heart) her. She's a good actress.

I don't think she's gay. I remember coming across a picture with a notation of a boyfriend (or possibly her husband) accompanying her during one of those awards show. Now if I remember correctly she played a lesbian character in Under the Tuscan Sun, that maybe where someone got the idea she way gay, by confusing the actress with her role.

I really like her acting. I loved her in tammy with Kathy Bates. I don't have any hard evidence, but I just need to see some one who is actually attractive who is lesbian and open about it. Being apart of the LGBT community myself being gay does not define who you are, but for me it is just nice to find another person I can identify with. I adore her regardless, I just wanted her on our LGBT team.
