Well if God told them not to eat of that tree how is it that they were able to eat of it with the consequential circunstances that followed being that they made a wrong choice in eating of the tree before they had the knowledge neccessary to know that it was wrong to do so? Wouldn't they have to have the benefit of knowing it was wrong to begin with in order to be culpable for the choice they made? How is this possible if it was by eating of the tree first that would enable them to know whether it was wrong to be disobedient?

The way that this is worded confirms the existance of other Gods,
It does not say that there are no other Gods just instructs you not to worship them, so why to believers of the three major relgions (Judism, Christianity and Islam) which all believe in the commandments as the word of God - deny the existance of other Gods?

It is our personal and cultural worldview (our definitions, rules, beliefs, and values regarding ourself and others) that determines how we think and relate. This being the case, healthy relations depend upon our worldviews. On a scale of 0-5 (5 bieng the most willing), how willing are you to examine and perhaps change your worldview to help create a healthier world?

I am British and obviously we don't celebrate thanksgiving. Could someone tell me what the purpose is of this celebration. And how it came about. Do you celebrate it in the same way you celebrate Xmas, i.e., exchange gists and eat traditional Xmas dinner? Am interested to know about this celebration!
