1. RACE
a) This is a subjective and very contentious area. Many years ago I saw a Reader's Digest world atlas, which divided humanity into five major racial groups. These are those categories with the original non-PC titles, and my preferred alternatives in brackets:-
Caucasoid (Indo-European)
******* (African)
Mongoloid (East Asian)
Australoid (Aboriginal)
I forget the original title used (Native American).
Apart from the titles, it was a nice, though much over-simplified, division of mankind. It claimed that Native Americans were a branch that developed from the Mongoloid group [recent DNA advances now show that Native Americans, surprisingly, also have a European heritage]. I think it glossed over the people of the Pacific Ocean area, and Latin Americans were a mongrel mixture of three of the main groups.

b) There seems to be little on the internet to address the question. Nearly all websites on racial groups take a lower level, more detailed approach. However I found two.
(i) Racial Compact. This is a Nordic racial theories website, so on that alone I am wary of it.
http://www.racialcompact.com/racesofhumanity.html
(ii) Worldworx. This uses linguistic types to divide up mankind.

2. RELIGION
a) If I had had a stab at it I would have gone for: Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Confucianism, Shintoism, Sikhism, atheism/humanism, paganism and animism, as the main ones.

b) Take a look at the religious groupings suggested in these websites (some have links to the religion's main website). Unsurprisingly there is a big area of agreement. One website, not listed here, claimed most of humanity was covered by five main religions (the first five in my list above). Religious Tolerance [ (iii) below ] has some interesting minor religions:
(i) Barefoot's World - a personal website
http://www.barefootsworld.net/religion.html
(ii) Om Sakthi Spiritual Movement
http://www.omsakthi.org/religions.html
(iii) Religious Tolerance

(iv) Elliott's Amazing Juices & Drinks [imagine!]

I hope this is useful.

Class, because all over the world people are struggling to survive while the wealthy minority gets richer. So many countries have corrupt leaders that don't care that the people of the country are starving. Even in America people work for minimum wage with barely enough money to put a roof over their heads. They are at the mercy of politicians who refuse to raise the minimum wage. People with money have control and they want to keep it that way. If we all had a gazillion dollars in the bank and there was no class division amongst people I don't think that race and religion would matter to anyone.
