Hey there David , you know the Messiah has already come once and will return @the Rapture to take up His bride the church. & 7 years after that He will return to set up His millenial kingdom. Following that we will have the Great White Throne Judgement where all those whose names are not found in the Lamb's book of Life will be judged and cast into hell for the rejection of The Lord Jesus Christ as their saviour. Re Christ as Messiah, take a look @ Isaiah 9:7 and Isaiah 53 you can't deny that it was Christ who fulfilled these prophecies. Today there are many Messianic Jews who have accepted Christ as there Lord and Saviour. There are many of these churches in the USA, Canada and in Israel,i'd encouraage you to check 'em out. Shalom !

who says they were ever lost?

When the Assyrians captured and exiled the northern tribes even by the most liberal records they could not have exiled everyone.

undoubtedly many of the survivors moved to the Kingdom of Judah were the other tribes were and mixed with the population. Also when the Jews were exiled to Babylonia their were already Jews that were descendants of those exiles there.

clearly there are scattered remnants of the tribes across Europe and Asia, but to say that any of the tribes have been "lost" is not true. They have simply merged with the rest of the Jewish people

but if you want a site that talks about it

I don't believe the so called lost tribes were ever lost I believe that they have become spread all over the know world and may have stopped doing things in the traditional way. But they are here right under everyone noses......But they are not accepted as such by those that call themselves Jews in today's world....... The world knows that the Ethiopians are one of the lost tribes and the world can see how badly these people that are now calling themselves Jews are treating them. So why would the other lost tribes would want themselves to be known and also be treated in such a horrendous manner.............. And I attended a university in Haifa as an exchanged student and saw how the Jews treated the Ethiopians with my own eyes and I would not wish that kind of treatment on anything under our sun, it truly made me ashamed of my own race that they could be so inhuman toward other humans and so evil spirited..............................................

the thought the international is "attempting" to bypass in direction of multiculturalism is the two naive and UN-evolutionist in its questioning. you do not see the lion eating bugs so it may carry paws with the pig and the zebra at nighttime? You bypass right into a dogs territory or walk right into a field with a bull and see how multicultural the animal kingdom is. on the grounds which you at the instant are not in my opinion are not area of one of the wars occurring interior the international or on the grounds which you at the instant are not at present the actual sufferer of crime, does not propose it would not exist. the place could this idiotic thought come from? in basic terms a closed atmosphere like a college could tutor an thought this stupid. Get out into the "actual international" greater. edit: Flan, "The Jews have been captured with the aid of Babylon" did not ensue and there substitute into no Palestine interior the 40s earlier than the life of Israel. Palestine substitute right into a term created to get the land back from the Jews because of the fact they could not be called Egyptians or Jordanians and be considered as having a declare on the land.

I heard that the tribes are lost for good. The Mormons have the same problem. They had Nephites that were lost and God was going to return them, but through some heavenly bureaucratic mix-up they are gone forever. Things like this are very disheartening to me. If anyone has some more info on either the tribes or the Nephites I'd like to hear it.

Well the Jewish calendar is at 5767, that leaves a maximum of 233 years to the calendar. That doesn't leave much time!

since the bible is a silly cult book based upon unprovable mythology, it really doesn't matter.
