How could it be more moral to be moral if your doing it out of fear of God verses being moral because you simply want to do whats right? Because if your doing it out of fear and intimidation of hel l and not bc its in your heart,than your really not moral whatsoever,just "smart" enough to avoid the repercussions,just as those who behave just to stay out of jail. But for those who are moral,just to be,because its the right thing to do and they dont do it bc their worried to death over eternal fire, its still valueless morality because your going to meet satan one day regardless of the life you live. So in effect, being saved (which I have been) is just a "get out of hel l free card". Do what you want,rape,kill,ect bc you have been saved bc you believe in Jesus,all is forgiven. What a load of bull. All religious books were written by humans all believing whats being written is what Gods will is. All these humans deciding what God wants,judging endlessly over what the truth is.

Do you also assert there is no Jesus? Not Jesus as son of God, or Messiah and Savior, but that there was no Jesus at all? There has been evidence, confirmed by non Christian writers, that affirm there was a man, in the same time period, that lead followers.

My question is:
Do you believe Jesus ( a man, not God, or part of God) lived?

And if so, do you believe he was crazy,mislead, or simply over played?

And also to those who answer questions saying that God is compassionate and merciful, so after death he wil understand why.....the bad news is after death there is no more mercy...it is time for judgement. As much as he is merciful, he is also rightous. And to those who say he does not exist., the bible says," the fool says in his heart, there is no God" . I currently study with the Jehovah Witness'. As of now i not baptized yet, but plan to be in the future. I was dating this guy who is also studying for close to two years, but were told that we shouldn't be dating because it can lead to sexual immorality. We kept seeing each other anyway with a lot of guilt. What we did was get married because we knew we wanted to be together, but without guilt. Were we wrong to get married without telling anyone in the congregation or getting their consultation on it?

Im Muslim and I kinda like celebrating Christmas
like christmas tree,presents and cards and stuff.
and I live in Lebanon now and i cant do that
its like if ur not Christion its funny to celebrate
ppl around u!
But when i was living in Australia I did celebrate
christmas with friends and all kinds of ppl!

our limit is $100. He won't really tell me anything that he wants...I know a bunch of little things I could get him ( like dvds, books, cologne etc.) But I want to get him somthing nicer that he would love. He's very much hard to give gifts to (he's the kind of guy who is pretty much satisfied with what he has, doesn't really like to shop or buy things for himself. And even when I get him somthing cool he's less than thrilled. I mean he appreciates it and everything but he's just happy without "things" which is a great quality but makes it hard to shop for him) Any gift ideas?

he likes running, reading, he's a youth pastor, likes to watch and play basketball, he's HILARIIOUS very funny guy, about to graduate from college, could always get him clothes but says he doesn't need any, likes to eat out, very laid back, easy going...
