How can you donate a refrigerator to charity?

I have an old refrigerator and microwave I'm looking to donate. I'm looking for a non-religious affliated charity that could come and get these appliances for me. Does anyone know of any?

You could always call Salvation Army, Goodwill, or other thrift stores in your area.
