I am reading on different religions. And on reading up on Chistianity, I have found so many similairities btween REAL events and the events that "supposedly" happened in the Bible. I'm not really sure if I believe in Go, Heaven, or Hell. I belive in being a good person, and a good neighbor, and being one with nature. I guess that makes me closer to being a Pagan than a Christian.

Hi. I'm getting married in January and thinking of moving to Harrogate at the end of Feb. Can anyone tell me which places of Harrogate are the better neighbourhoods to live in? When i say better I mean in terms of low crime, least noise/most peaceful but not costing an arm and a leg in rent to live there. I've been looking at properties on Dragon Parade, Franklin Road, Harlow Moor Drive, Holins Road, Knox Avenue, ChurchMews Buroughbridge, Ashdale Court and Chatsworth Place. But if there is anywhere else in Harrogate i could look then please say.

I was chatting with one of my Christian friends and he made a comment that got me going, “hmmmmm”.

He said, “The strongest argument against the Christian faith is the lives of Christians. At the same time one of the strongest arguments for the Christian faith is also the lives of Christians.”

im just curious to know, because i realized one thing about my bf and i, im the type who feels good helping others and is always in search of people who need help, (i have no idea why iam like that) while my bf isn't. the thing is he isnt at all a bad guy, he donates money every year to the church, if you invite him to go to some charity thing, he'll happily go, but i notice, he wont do things for others unless someone holds his hand and takes him to do it.

i asked him just today (he just saw a huge car accident occur today, 1 dead) and i asked him out of the blues, if that car you saw today began fire and the man who died today was inside the car and that instant you didnt know whether he was dead or not, would you have done? he stood silent and responded, i would have backed up, he told me it was too risky...

for me, in my natural instinct, i would have ran to car and try to save the guy. i was surprised mybf said that, but in character he is a sweet guy, normal like you and i

This question has been on my mind for some time. I notice that the majority of the langauges in Europe, along with English, belong to the "family" of Indo-European languages. However, the Finnish language does not fit in as Indo-European. How so? What language family does it come from?

My boyfriend and I are strong Christians, but sometimes I can't help it-- sometimes I get so hot that I fantasize about my boyfriend and me having sex... But I want to save it for marriage! i know Jesus never called his religion christianity. However, the Quran called christians as "Nasara"? and Nasra means victories or the supportive.

such as in this verse which used "Ansaro Allah", the victories of God.

[14] O you who believe! Be you helpers (in the Cause) of Allâh as said 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), to the Hawâriyyûn (the disciples): "Who are my helpers (in the Cause) of Allâh?"
