South Dakota is soon going to vote on a law banning abortion. The only exception will be if the birth will kill the mother.

I think this would be a very large victory over the pro-choice group, if only it passes.

I think all the religous people out there who even have the slightest feeling for these unborn children needs to be praying like mad to get this bill passed!!

God, as described by so many religions, is way too emotional for me. He gets his pleasure out of having creatures far inferior to him, worship him and when he doesn't get his way. He sends you to the experts to torture you.

I don't need super, happy, fun, love, joy, to be happy in life. And I don't need a big powerful being be my daddy making sure that I don't get hurt. Which of course, he wouldn't protect me if I were hurt. Cancer patients die pleading that the sickness will go away. They'll beg God to get rid of it with prayers unheard. And yet, this God is suppose to be Glorious. If a serial killer comes in my home, rapes my wife, eat my children, God won't be there to protect them.

For me, I prefer that Xenu the galactic sun God not exists. It's a lot less headache and a lot better to not exists than spend eternity with a God who's suppose to make me happy.....forever.

I'm just curious how other people think on this subject since I already know how I want to raise my son. He is mixed race and we live in a very diverse community. As far as we can see there will be nothing new to him and questions will be handled truthfully and respectfully. I want to raise him not to see or judge people according to their race or ethnicity but by how they treat others.

In he Bible, there are several references to Agape Love. That is not to be confused with the romantic or friendship love that we typically think of.

Agape love is the perfect love that God has for us. As Christians, we know that God gave us his agape love in sacrificing his son.

Let me state clearly here, I am for NO religion. I think it's all B.S. But, why can the Christians not get through their heads that their religion clearly calls for violence, too? There are alot of paintings and scriptures in the bible that could be Aliens and UFO's.

it does not matter to me what colour/race/religion anyone is, but lets look at the other side of the coin,

muslim corner shop MUSLIM MAN = LOWER PRICE. FACT
I have Many friends from these groups and yet they all agree the respective groups turn a BLIND EYE if it is 1 of their own !!
