I need ideas.

My partner and I are thinking about hosting a weekend couples retreat for gay men at a rural lake in the woods - in the Midwest/Central US. Would be held at an old lodge/multi-purpose area with cabins, a pool, tennis courts, shore access, et cetera. Pretty nice place.

It would basically be for local couples in our area. We have a large gay community, but there is so little to do here for COUPLES, that we think this would be a good idea.

We are basically thinking of doing catered light breakfasts, buffet lunches, and gourmet dinners. Perhaps a costume party on the last night (Sunday), a couple fun seminar-type group discussions, and various activities on Friday and Saturday.

Has anyone been to anything like this? Any ideas for making something like this fun and worth what we charge? Also, what are the typical charges per couple for events like these? How are these events typically advertised, and how far in advance should we RSVP couples?

why do people keep saying life begins at conception. Biologically, life is continuous and began some 3.5 billion years ago. The sperm and egg are every bit as alive 1 microsecond before conception as they are 1 microsecond after. What's all this "life begins at conception" nonsense, when it clearly began long long before conception?

Do you think they are to attract a mate like many evolutionists do? Doesn't this seem superficial? Wouldn't God want you to like someone for who they are, not what they look like? Don't tell me that they are for breast feeding. Many animals breast feed without having boobs year round, so don't tell me they are for soley for breast feeding.

Why did so many people tell this girl to PRAY for a drug addict and none of them mentioned DRUG TREATMENT??

Shouldn't this person see a licensed medical professional who can treat people with drug addiction?

Don't you feel that it is DANGEROUS and foolish to advise a person with a serious drug addiction to simply "pray" when science and statistics clearly show us that drug treatment is the only PROVEN way to treat drug addicts??

Have I read 3 different stories of Magdalenes revelations of how Jesus was resurected, which one of her stories is the correct one? If so can anyone direct me to the true revelation, and or where it can be found? I am curious of such an answer? Are there anymore revelations told of by her outside of the NKJV Bible that can be used in a religious document or study. Sometimes they even insist on the 1611 version. Is this because of the language? Do they think it has better manuscript support? Do they think the translation (wooden: word for word instead of thought for thought) is better? Or is there a broad theological assumption at work? I've never understood this.

Jesus is Son of God, that so all His teaching are about love, forgiveness and peace.

How come Muslims cannot face up to the fact that mohamad are not prophet of Allah ??,

Because Allah, will not allow man to have 2/3/4 wife by any excuse. So all the pervert, sex maniac, child molester cannot be good man.

Because Allah, will not allow their beleiver to kill, torture, harash, hate other beleiver. Allah never teach full of hate with each other human being that He created. Also Christians, Chatolics, Jews have the same God, Allah of Abraham, I dont know about Islam because if your prophet from the same God your prophet will not teach you to hate the same beleiver.

Infront of Allah, all human are the same right. But Mohammad that claim him self as prophet teach many discrimination against women ????

Allah never teach with violent, full of hate, full of pleasure, so do you think Mohamad is the real prophet from Allah ???
