If you are looking for something "scary", I suggest using liquid latex along with cotton balls to create an UGLY face! Pull the cotton balls apart to for flat pieces of cotton, soak them with liquid latex & apply to your face. You can apply Halloween makeup to it after it dries. You can purchase liquid latex on E-bay pretty cheap & it's also a cheap way to fix yourself up. Nobody ever knows that it's me at Halloween time.

Best?Not so sure I can give ya the best,its kinda up to every individual choices,but heres some I have come up with....(again..man people need help with Halloween costumes!)
* Imulate careers....Dr.'s, pilots, janitor, priests, etc...
* Dress like characters....superman or clark kent, popeye, bluto, elmer fudd, etc...
* common styles.....dress like the 60's hippy, gangsters from the 30's-40's,
housewife from the 50's...etc...
*Imulate celebrities....James Dean, or Fonzie, Barney Fife, Cowboys, Kiss band members, etc....

Get dressed stand in a T shape (ur hands out to the sides) and go as a washing line, lol, it's even better if u do it with a couple of people.
