Like my mother always said, you'd test drive a car before you bought it! And you have a spouse for a LOT longer! Best to find out before marriage rather than later. ;)

I believe in Christianity, but not in the traditional sense. I prefer to think that I am a logical Christian. I believe that sex before marriage was a bad thing before the invention of reliable birth control because if you were almost guaranteed to have babies with the person then you had better by God stay with the person and give those children everything they deserve. But now that unwanted pregnancies aren't a problem (for those smart enough to handle taking a pill every day or a shot every 3 months) I don't believe it's a sin. As long as both parties are consenting adults there's no LOGICAL reason why sex before marriage is a bad thing. You're taking a big risk chaining yourself to someone you don't know anything about sexually. You might end up miserable in that dept for the rest of your life. It's a really important part of human happiness, so think about it.
