The Church as well as the State cannot continue to survive without adopting new policies and procedures to meet the changing environment in which they operate. However, I find it very distubing why some within the Roman Catholic Church does not want to accept change so that the word of God can be celebrated in all cultures around the world.

No, don't tell your guns are for defense. For every one time a gun in an American home is used in a self-defense or legally justifiable shooting, there are 4 unintentional shootings, 7 criminal assaults or homicides, and 11 attempted or completed suicides. Get real guys. Sue the NRA for the deaths, and ban guns like the rest of the civilised world. Then your kids can go to school in relative safety.

I am starting to see were people get these ideas about christians. Some of the questions they ask make them sound like there idiots. Then they wonder why people hate christians. Don't get me wrong,I my self am a son of God because that is what I choose to believe. Come on christians get with the program and start acting like christians, and set the example that Jesus would.

I've heard many Christians say that Satan is always trying to get me, or recruit me, or influence me to join his cause, yet not a single Satanist has ever approached me - MANY other religions have tried to convert me.

They say Satan uses fear against me - but the only fear in religion is if I don't believe in God in which case I'll be sentenced to suffer in hell for eternity...

They say Satan is a deceiver, how can we be absolutely sure that the one many people worship as being God isn't actually Satan in disguise? Can anyone prove that this isn't the case?

So here’s my question. I’ve been starting this rock, but as of late I have been going to church with my grandma and she just started singing gospel music(something she’s always wanted to do) I’ve been thinking about giving up my band before we got going good and helping support her by getting her up a backing band and being in that band. I am 21 now. What should I do? Stick to my rock band or support her and help with the gospel music?

im gonna rite this in the best of my ability, no net speak. im an alcoholic, an wel got a little too drunk yesterday. now it seems my lifes coming to a close, i just have that feeling. wel ok now my problem. im in a long distance relationship, and im buddies with someone else on the net. lastnite i messed things up big time with my boyfriend, wile we were chatting. now hes upset with me and im scared he wont speak to me again. now this buddy of mine was trying to talk him into breaking up with me, and then he imed me saying hes fallen for me. hes also suicidal. and i dont want him to kill himself. i love him, but not as much as i luv my boyfriend. now im compltetly lost and i dont know what to do. im feeling very upset, and really am trying to quit drinking (im not ready for AA, i want to try kick this on my own). any advice?
