I've heard many Christians say that Satan is always trying to get me, or recruit me, or influence me to join his cause, yet not a single Satanist has ever approached me - MANY other religions have tried to convert me.
They say Satan uses fear against me - but the only fear in religion is if I don't believe in God in which case I'll be sentenced to suffer in hell for eternity...
They say Satan is a deceiver, how can we be absolutely sure that the one many people worship as being God isn't actually Satan in disguise? Can anyone prove that this isn't the case?

Epic war ravages heavens, Satan takes command over heaven and wipes out everything related to God - replacing it with propaganda to lure humans to worship him by making them believe his a good diety, but in actuality is deceiving them all.
Nobody can prove that such a thing didn't happen? Morals are merely a matter of perception/perspective, so claiming something is "good" isn't much of a proof.

No, God is not Satan. Satan is closer to being like us than to God. What they were trying to tell you is that evil is already in us all the time. If you fear, there's your Satan. If you suffer, there's your Satan. If you do bad things, there's Satan. I know that some religious people use fear itself to keep you from Satan, which is opposite to what they preach, but most of the time their intention is good. And no, you can never be sure if what people say is the real thing. But you cannot go wrong living a life of altruism and morality. You have valid questions, keep questioning everything non-stop, you'll find more answers, very good.

No God is not satans. In islamic teaching Allah is the only one God.Allah has no son.Allah created humans and satans and other creatures.Satans or demons vowed to Allah that they will always temp humans to follow a bad doing.Satans were created from fire. They can not be seen by us.Satans can enter our bodies if we have a weak faith. It is very dangerous if satan exist in someone's body.Satan will manage or influence someone to a bad doing such as killing/murdering innocent people, robbering someone's wealth, raping a girl, stealing someone's money,cheat- ing or slandering or deceiving others etc.Satan will whisper to someone who has no employment to rob someone who bring money out of a bank office. If a religion follower approached you and asked you to convert your religion if it is better than your own religion it is not an inviting from satan but it is an inviting from angel. But if you do not want to change your religion to a better one it is called you have no hidayah or a guide from Allah the only one God.

Well here's the rub. If god is all powerful omniscient everlasting etc then who is this other entity in competition with god.Satan seems to have the same qualities. So to my mind it is highly probable that they are one and the same. If it is an absolute then it has to encompass both good and evil. For example there is no room for a white lie in an absolute. No matter how innocent it is still a lie.A Russian Michael Bulgagov wrote this wonderful story during the Stalin era called "the Master and Margarita" The book pays around with this very notion. That god and the devil are one. read it if you can find it.

in this case i would have to agree with you. and there is no stupid questions only stupid people afraid to ask. so this is what i have to say about that:
god is everything in this earth, there is no such thing as satan, and god is the balance between all things god and evil, good and bad, cause and effect, god is everything and this is thus perfect. since he is perfect he cant be good without being bad, as in "good" and "bad" are defined by PEOPLE and not god as he is undefined. also havent u noticed that with everything bad, god comes out of it? people just fail to see it, its like when u fall in a bycicle and everything is bad, but soon ur learning how to ride it by falling, its wat u consider "bad" but in fact theres an opposite effect which is "good", to summarize god is the -1 to the +1 it makes more sense this way, it makes more sense than this ancient god which battles with satan all day long, that is all fairy tale. Firstly it wouldnt make sense since god is all powerful to allow a negative being to exist, and this "god" is not all good since he causes evil by judging people to hell all day long, in fact god is in reality satan. Satan is what he is because PEOPLE make up what he is, hes always being described as this evil cause behind all things. i heard once that the author of harry potter JK rowlings made a pact with the devil by selling her soul, and thats why she has so much money, can u believe this bs. the author of a CHILDRENS BOOK siding with the devil, its like so stupid now, everything is SATANS cause, everything and anything, its so easy to point a finger. its like o i had a bad day today, its like o yea that was satans fault he was causing u to feel bad all along. man get over it, satan doesnt exist, this christian god doenst exist, the bible is fake, and that is all i have to say for that. im not an atheist and i have my own opinions on things, but i do have to say that yes this christian god is actually satan in disguise all along, and the faithful christians are falling hard in his trap.

that is easily a kind of causes that faith makes no sense. because you've an exceedingly valid element right here. you could stay through Gods note, yet please not in any respect do some thing that would want to damage you. progression a relationship with someone (human or ...in the different case) who might want to tempt you to do belongings you develop into attentive to as incorrect heavily isn't positive to you, nor will or not that's positive to devil. you won't be able to replace devil for the added perfect, so there might want to be easily no reward from this. No, you aren't any further hating God for transforming into devil. If I drew a image and also you probably did not like it, might want to that recommend you don't like me?

You have a point. I heard somewhere that the beast (not the Iron Maiden kind) will disguise himself as human and become a leader (perhaps the Pope or a President???) Anything's possible if you believe in that stuff.
I think it's a load of crap, as I'm an athiest.

Satan is a deceiver and a liar. God is not Satan.Because you have a free will to choose God over Satan and the choice that you make determines where you spend eternity. God does send any to hell we send ourselves.

Don't believe what we say, Read and study the Bible yourself. Satan won't try anything with you, you are already his, by the sound of your words. You can still ask Jesus to forgive you and save you, it is never too late. The only finality is the physical death, then it is done!
