According to the Qu'ran it says 'Jesus is like Adam in the sight of God'. In this surah it shows that Jesus and Adam is alike but how? Well the Qu'ran also says that we are to read the books of Moses and the books of David and the Gospels for they are truth, and yes there are some bible translations out there that have taken out scriptures and added some in, but if you payattention to what you read and study you will see which are good and which are tainted. But anyway in the translations that agree with older translations before the King James, teaches that Jesus was born of the womb of Mary made possible through Holy Spirit, no intercourse of a man was needed, so Jesus was not a decended of Adam through blood, and he did not have a earthly father and Adam did not have an earthly father also, so who was their Father? It was God! Also the angels in heaven are considered to be sons of God, so why can't Jesus , who was from heaven, be called God's Son?

In the name of Allåh, the Beneficent,
the Merciful.
1 Say: He, Allåh, is One.
2 Allåh is He on Whom all depend.
3 He begets not, nor is He begotten;
4 And none is like Him.a
4a. This, a very early Makkan revelation, points out the fundamental errors of many
religions, including Christianity, in its four short sentences. The first verse proclaims the
absolute Unity of the Divine Being, and deals a death-blow to all forms of polytheism,
including the doctrine of the Trinity.
In the second verse Allåh is said to be ˝amad, which the Holy Prophet is reported to
have explained as meaning the Lord to Whom recourse is had in every need (AH), so
that all have need of Him and He has need of none. This statement negatives the doctrine
according to which soul and matter are co-eternal with God and God stands in need
of them to bring about creation. The doctrine prevails in India, and could not have been
known to the Holy Prophet.
The third verse points out the error of those religions which describe God as being
father or son, such as the Christian religion.
The fourth verse negatives such doctrines as the doctrine of incarnation, according
to which a mere man is likened to God.
Thus four kinds of shirk are rejected here, a belief in the plurality of gods (v. 1), a
belief that other things possess the perfect attributes of the Divine Being (v. 2), a belief
that God is either a father or a son (v. 3), and a belief that others can do that which is
ascribable only to God.

My parents were divorced when I was 9 and I heard voices and began having heart pounding panic attacks. The voices stopped but the panic attacks continued and turned into hyperventilation panic attacks. I even became agoraphobic, my parents had to drag me out of the house.I had a bout of OCD as well handwashing for a certain amount of time, counting sins I had made within the day and saying a prayer for each one at the end.I wound up on a lot of different meds after a 2 month stay at the local psych hospital for children who did drugs ( which I didn't I was 13 ) . I still have problems not as many but some till this day.Could a thing like divorce set that off ?

I am 55 years old, married with one son, aged 25, employed and living separately.

I wake up at 6 in the morning. At 6:30, I am out with my bicycle for a 45 minutes vigorous ride to the beach and back home. I cover 15 kilometers or 9.30 miles

At 8, I have the second cup of tea of the day and go through two newspapers.

I have my shower at 8:45 and breakfast at 9:00.

I work from home, and I am at my desk at 9:15

At 1:00 I have my lunch and lie down for 30 minutes reading news paper. A short while later, I doze off.

After a half hour siesta, I have my tea and am back at my desk at 3:00 PM.

I work until 6:00 and then I go to a near by swimming pool for an hour of vigorous swim (40 numbers 25 metre laps.)

At 7:30 in the evening, I begin to have my whisky on my bedroom balcony. My wife and I talk about the day’s days events during that time. I also make a few phone calls to my friends.

By 10:00, I have had 240 ml of whisky (0.89 UK Pint, 0.5 US Pint, or a little over 8 fluix ounces) , I am reasonably tipsy and have my dinner. At 10.30, I am off to sleep. Thanks to the whisky, the moment I put my head on the pillow, I go off to sleep.

(For those of you who may think my alcohol consumption is excessive, I have my LFT – liver function test – done every six months and my liver enzymes (SGOT, SGPT, GGT, etc;) are within normal range. I am not diabetic, my BP is normal, I am not overweight and I am in great physical shape. I eat a very healthy diet consisting of a variety of vegetable and fruits, fish and moderate amount of carbohydrate. I avoid red meat, eat very little chicken and our consumption of cooking oil (fat) is minimal. Alcohol is my only vice, but it makes me happy, relieves my stress and gives me a general feeling of well being. I don’t smoke)

I seldom watch TV.

On Wednesdays, I go to my Rotary Club meeting. After the meeting, I drink with my fellow Rotarians and discuss current evens.

Once a week, I meet my friends – one is a doctor and other is a professor - over drinks again, and come back home in time to go to sleep.

I used to go to my club twice a week, but now I don’t go much because I do not find the conversation there interesting. I find being with my wife more enjoyable.

I do not like travelling.

I have a beautiful home and lovely garden, and gardening is my hobby. It gives me great happiness.

I enjoy good health.

Now, what would you call this sort of lifestyle, boring or interesting?

Thank you for taking the time off to read this long post.

If I were a God like that, after Jesus dies, the armagedon should come so no more sin. the logical one is we have to responsible ourselves for whatever we do. Jesus and Muhammad is only mesanger who always remind us that there will be judgement day for us, that we, human, will be questioned to what we have done to the earth, because God ask human as his caliph, or his representative to rule the earth and all creatures in his way.

When people who aren't even black say n*gga. I don't have to ask why they say it, its just another word for homie/friend and they are most definetly influenced by hiphop I know. I've just noticed a whole lot of people in my generation say that word so much and they aren't even black, I can tell they just use it as an every day word so they say it subconciously. But I just see it as plain wrong, and to to me if you aren't black and you say that word you sound like your trying to act like a certain group/race that your not (poser) and you sound more fake to me.

I just want all your honest opinions on this. I know Generation X and Y use this word alot. And I especially want to know how blacks feel about this. Do you feel offended? Please let me now!

thanks

i'm saying like when we travel in buses... consider the case of standing... when we stand aside of a girl who is sitting.. her cleavage is exposed to us.... is there any wrong in seeing that without disturbing her and even without her notice? and when both are standing occationally our hands or other parts tend to touch their sensitive parts like breasts and backs... only due to over rush... is there any wrong in enjoying that? consider one thing... all the things are happeing accidently.. no intentional doings....

According to history, Zorro was a major prophet of the Zoroastrian religion. He was well known for spreading the word of God. I'm in good company! I have to do research for an essay on my nickname. What do you make of all this? Have you a nickname (not necessarily from Answers) that means something?

teen siblings came to live with us. Whole family is Muslim. Step son prays 5 times a day, reads the Koran at least as much. 90% of his music is religious chants. If the family sees a film where a man and woman kiss even fully clothed (and PG) he expresses annoyance and fast forwards or turns the channel. Last month the family went out for 3 hrs. When we returned I learned that he had ordered $50 worth of xxx porn using our digital cable. We get the bill and find out that again when house was empty he got $30 in porn. We DISCONNECT the cable. His father asks him, he says it was an “accident” and he didn’t even know what he was pushing (English is not his 1st language) on both occasions. I do not ascribe to any religion. I VERY delicately ask hubby if sonny's actions seem a bit contradictory. He says, “No. He is uncomfortable looking at ppl kissing in front of others. He is comfortable viewing it by himself”. I thought “Did you even address my question?! ” Input about any of this pls?
