i'm saying like when we travel in buses... consider the case of standing... when we stand aside of a girl who is sitting.. her cleavage is exposed to us.... is there any wrong in seeing that without disturbing her and even without her notice? and when both are standing occationally our hands or other parts tend to touch their sensitive parts like breasts and backs... only due to over rush... is there any wrong in enjoying that? consider one thing... all the things are happeing accidently.. no intentional doings....

as long as it is accidental and you do not do it repeatedly. Remember they chose the clothes to wear because they wanted the attention. Do not stare, not polite then they think someone is stalking and/or take offense. That is a difficult position men are put into today.

Looking at the portions of the body that have to do with sexual reproduction is considered offensive simply because Society has conditioned us that way.

You could always follow the advice of "40 Year Old Virgin" where Jay teaches Andy at the club to "use your peripherals." It's where you look at girls through the corner of your eyes.

You see Jay staring straight at Andy but telling him that he's looking at certain women through the corner of his eyes so that it's not blatantly obvious.

Then you see Andy walking through the bar stumbling over everything staring straight ahead trying to practice that technique.

It's a really funny scene and a reflection of the silly things people do..

Ironically enough, women use their peripheral vision all the time when they're checkin out guys out of the corner of their eyes without getting notice.

If you pay attention to women using your peripheral vision, you can tell when they're checking you out of the corner of your eyes.

Personally, I think it's a skill women develop because they know if they give off the wrong signals, men will take it as an open invitation to talk to them.

Since women don't want to talk to certain and they want to be polite without having to look rude blowing guys off, they keep their defenses up and maintain an aloof attitude.

That's why you never see women smile in public. It's because if a woman smiles at a stranger on a street, a guy may assume that's an invitation to start chatting with them.

In a way, it's sort of sad really. That's why the world is getting colder and more aloof because people put up this barrier or invisible protective space around them so that they're unapproachable.

That's because of the minority of people who abuse that right. Paparazzi do it all the time when they get in the face of Celebrities, which is why Celebrities become antagonistic.

Honestly, the way some young women dress, they are putting all their wares on display. If they didn't want people to look, they wouldn't put their goodies out there to share. But, remember just because they are sharing the view, it is not ok to touch. Thats a law suit waiting to happen.

no! you are not supposed to close your eyes when there's a cleavage and butt in front of you! you can look but don't look as if you are so engrossed with it! also be conscious about your drooling and your growing member down there! you might get a slap on the face!

As long as you are not offensive and actually staring, or trying to touch girls, it is merely looking. Should be okay. But remember we girls usually are aware, when you think we aren't, that we are being looked at.

no it snot wrong if a girl wear clothes which expose part or parts of her body that means she wants other people and you to loo at them, so there is nothing wrong with that as long as you don't make a scene out of it.

no one can prevent you from looking at specially if it's very obvious..and if no intention on your part, it's not your fault to suddenly take a second look..and enjoy the scene

You must be a teenager...probably not wrong...I would say you are enjoying a natural reaction.

If you are an old man...then I would say you are a pervert. You've had your chance.
