has anyone seen Austin powers Goldmember? Austin and his Dad speak in something called english english in a particular scene, do all Britons speak like that? please help as I am going to the UK this year and think that I wont be able to understand them I have also been to the US and it was'nt a problem for me to understand or even speak as fluently

I just think its sad that some people dont know how to send letters but can send emails And they pay their bills online -One friend of mine had NO idea you could pay them in person at the Utilites office !!!
And I even have friends that have know Idea how to use a Card-catalog at a library -cause they are accustomed to a computer and using search engines - one friend of mine said they never knew of 411 to call for information - This is Nuts !!! LOL !!!
Keep in mind all of my friends are 17 to 20 and live at home except for me - they are learning stuff from me though -cause I'm teaching them things they never heard of!! LOL
Oh yeah & there is a whole generation of men that cant tell the difference between real BOOBS & Implants -but thats a whole other subject _LMAO !!!

well it all started when i was younger..when i was about 5years old one night in my bed i felt a sharp it felt like a knife or like a ver sharp finger nail going down my back in the middle..and the next day when my grandmother was geting ready to get me ready for school she asked me what happed to me b.c. i had a scare or a scratch down my back..well this only happed to me once..but things started happening again to me like when i was like 7 i started hearing voices..and from time to time now i would hear some one say my name ...when i would be either by myself and when it would be really quiet...and where i just moved from about 6months ago the house where i lived at was owned by this old guy and his wife the guy made it for him and his wife and son..well my dads friend bought that house from there son b.c. he was now older and his parents have past away.. wellit didnt take very much long after that i started hearing things like one day i was by myself reading prayer poems that my..

to get friendly with me. As society doesn't allow and accept friendship of man and woman. If they go along definately will get bad name as being in some relationship. Although I am very good natured and everybody likes me no body come and sit with me and doesn't feel comfortable if I go and sit with them. This all humilates me and I feel insulted and try to be with my isolated seat where I can not hear and see anybody. Rest of the office is sitting at one place and enjoying normal atmoshphear. It does not look nice being female to go and beg their company . Reading and other activities makes me tired. I am not quite personality I love talking people and freindly with everybody. I have to bear this all for 10 long hours as I am not loaded with work . Please advise how to protect my self respect and be firm not to go anybody to beg.

..If straight guys don't treat you like a 'lady'? I am not trying to be insulting with this question, just trying to learn more.

I know a few gay people but I never treat them as if they are 'ladies' but it makes me wonder if they feel insulted by the way I treat them.

Don't you find it ridiculous christians (some) accuse islam of plagiarising the bible. LOL.

Whats funny is christians copied the Old testament, word for word.
You guys are a trip. At least the quran is in it's own words.


If the source (god) is the same its bound to be similar.

So how is it that the Quran plagiarised from the Bible, but the Bible didn't plagiarise from the Torah.

I live in Northern Texas. My wife and I are swingers and have just bought a home here. We have been harassed twice now by the local police. The first time was because we had our friend park in a public park after hours. When one of the guest said the he gave some money for food they lockup my wife and I up and would not give her her medication. We were not even read our rights. When we had them park on the street. The patrol officer admitted he did not care about the parties but his commanding officer told him that he and another unit had to come and ticket any car on the street that was violating the trafic law. Because we were throughing a swingers party and his officer fif not want that stuff going on. This was 11:35 pm. and only my street to a certain point. What course of action is available to me to fight this type of discrimination.
