Good question and I did rate it as such.
I see it clearly that someone has found the star key on the keyboard and learned that a shift and the punching of the number 8 will put stars on the page.
Sorry but that is the best I can do. I looked it up in the on line dictionary and it is not there. I tried the encylopedia and also got no results. I then tried it on Yahoo search and got two Hits at Yahoo news. So maybe you should do that and check them out. Something about spinach and 1 hit about a man charged.
