Why are Christians always trying to "save" somebody

Because Christians believe that no other community on Earth has religion, all are Pagans, a prime example is our righteous President, he is the protector and enforcer (on other religions) his views to save them.

How many lives have these so called do good Christians saved, have they saved themselves or how many lives destroyed.

It is futile to save someone when you yourself are lost. Churches offer tea and biscuits to get a proper congregation, other wise empty churches.

It is encouraged by the Christ insanity bible and their peers to spread the poison. They are the ones that need saving but for many they are beyond hope. The "born again" types are too far gone. Christ insanity is only attractive to the weak, pitiful, lowly, stupid, cowardly, most perverted masses. It is a religion for those with slave like minds.

Cause out of all the things their bible tells them to do that's the one thing most of the follow the most. It tells them to tell everyone about him and warn them about the false religions. However I'm sure that don't mean to force their religion on people when its unwanted. I think it means for them to tell people when asked, become a minister/priest or so a bible study or something. Don't you just find that annoying and rude when they behave like that?
They lack respect for other people's right to believe in what they want too.

Their Bible says to. Something about sin and some guy dieing long ago for a crime commited even longer ago that we are somehow guilty for. It's all a part of some elaborate fairy tale.

"The very concept of sin comes from the bible. Christianity offers to solve a problem of its own making! Would you be thankful to a person who cut you with a knife in order to sell you a bandage?" - Dan Barker (former preacher)

Although I do agree that many Christians get carried away with pushing it too much, it is a Christian's duty to try and spread the gospel. They need to also remember though that God tells them not to cast their pearls before swine.

Jesus indeed wanted the people to be "saved", in the sense that they reform themselves and conduct themselves in such a way as they will be considered dearer to God. For the Christians, it means 'conversion' to their church. The Christians so indoctrinated that they would put more importance to converting some body to their religion, rather than making some body live in accordance with the commandments of God. God alone can 'save' the Christians.

I think it is because they think that it is what they are supposed to do. I know that it can be quite irritating. Christians are not the only religions who do that. I have met people who believe in some fanatic sect of Buddhism who are even worse. And not all Christian religions are that way.

Because we like be the heroes of the story. ^_^ Up, Up, and away!

Really, it has to do with "The Great Commission" that was outlined in the Gospels. Jesus commanded his disciples to go preach the good news to all nations. Sadly, some Christians go too far and start wars, kill people, and do horrible things. Jesus never told us in the Word to force people to convert, just to preach the good news.

Did you know? Some Bible thumping Christians in their zeal preach to other already converted believers about Jesus death. So, yes, alot of us know what unbelievers go through when faced with the Christian zealots. -.-;;;
