when god banishes a soul, it's his judgment... a judge sentences a murderer according to the penalties created by men, stipulated by law. God can redeem his judgment anytime by his own choice, a judge reddems a man thru a man's repentance, an appeal made.. god doesn't need to. his decision is final... a judge word is never a finality... there are always appeals.
God serves as the judge, jury, and executioner.... a Judge only sentence according to the findings of the jury...

You should get a wide array of responses on this question depending upon the background of the respondant. I for one, look at Hell as a world lacking God's presence. Hell therefore is separation from Him.
You imply that the judge is at fault; He who breaks the law is the one at fault. The law is clear, and so is the punishment. However - there is a really great Governor who pardon's people; and the judge may condemn you; but He will set you free. His name: Jesus. All who call upon Him won't have to worry about "hell."

The judge does not bequeath a immortal soul to the murderer nor did he/she create the laws by which the murderer is judged. So it is not the same thing.

Prior to saying whose fault it is, pls take into account that a 'judge' is a human applying human law to a human subject.. God is an 'absolute' being, applying 'absolute' law to a human subject... don't you notice some differences in these two cases??

The Murderers. He had a choice to sin or not to sin. God gave the murderer the freedom to make his own choice. We all have that freedom to make choices. To follow Gods word or not, there are consequences for our choices.

God does not banish anyone to anywhere.
He set up the rules, and it is up to us to choose which way to go, therefore, we banish ourselves if we go against God's rules. period.
