Ultimately, more of those souls will make it to Heaven than would otherwise. I guess we'd run out of people too, but lots of those babies would have ended up in Hell. And if one guy sacrificed his ticket to Heaven for the rest of the people, he'd be kind of like Jesus, right? Maybe we should harvest a bunch of eggs and sperm, mix them up, then boil them. That would send thousands of souls to Heaven!

Hey all you religious people - I love you. Hey all you athiests - I love you. All you lost and found people wandering around and wondering what it's all about - I love you.

No joke, no drugs, I got nothing. I want nothing - No religion, no afterlife, no reason, and nothing from you. All I have is what I can see and what is, so I can't really explain the love. I don't feel the need to. You all deserve it though - even the "what should I do" guy.

Starting the new term at university I am going to be president of my sports club. I didn't run for the position in fact i ran for secretary but the person elected president is not returning to Uni next year. It isn't a very large club but term is about 4 weeks away and already people are phoning and emailing me about things, particulary the outgoing president. I'm finding it difficult to get started so early and am trying to tell them to wait until term starts.

I would really appreciate anyone's thoughts on how to handle things or what would make the year manageable from this position.

Revelation 22:7 "[Jesus said 2000 years ago] Behold, I am coming soon [the final coming]! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy in this book."

And Revelation 22:12 "[Jesus said 2000 years ago] Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done."

And Revelation 22:20 "He who testifies to these things says, 'Yes, I [Jesus] am coming soon.'"

It's been 2000 years already and we have not had any judgment day yet!!. What does the word "soon" really mean in the Bible??? and why say it when those whom it was told to were going to die without seeing it anyway??? Where is the grammatical logic behind it???

Let us look at 1Peter 4:7 "The end of all things is near. Therefore be clear minded and self-controlled so that you can pray. Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins."

Again, the people whom this prophecy was told to have died 2000 years ago and were desolved into soil by bacteria and this prophecy was never fulfilled until now!!!.

Should children be permitted to read and UNDERSTAND the Bible?
The Bible is filled with sex: Gebesis 19:32 ; Gen 38:9
and Fornication Matthew 5:32; Matt 15:19

and words like bastard and whore.

Incest? what about Lot sleeping with his daughters?
Or Genesis 38:9 where "Onan entered his brother's wife, but, put his seed upon the ground"

So, should children be exposed to this? or should it be hidden from their eyes?

when i was working in saudi i pretended to be a muslim and once went to maka, and saw how muslims pray and kiss this stone. but they turn round and call non muslims idol worshippers. when muslims worship an idol how can they call non muslims idol worshippers?

Amoung the numerous Asians in East London, I recently spotted two girls wearing headscarfs and I assume that they were Muslims. Neither girls wore jackets. The first had a thin clinging sweater that emphasised her figure and the second had a loose, slightly open top that showed a moderate amount of flesh. I am not complaining but I do find this mixture of modesty and provocation difficult to understand.

Apologies if the question offends Muslims but I do feel an explanation is required.

If "on the third day" Jesus is supposed to rise again, then he's due sometime around the year 3030, right?


Or do people just use the 1000 year conversion when it's convenient?
