If "on the third day" Jesus is supposed to rise again, then he's due sometime around the year 3030, right?

Or do people just use the 1000 year conversion when it's convenient?
Can we get a little consistency please?

I thought when it came to the bible most is picked and chosen anyways in terms of belief so I'd say it's just a convenience for them to think 1000 days equals 1.

Now, if I had tried that .. I'd have failed math.....

Not quite sure what you mean by the 1000 year thing. A day is a day.

Nope,,Out of Context again and again and again, Time means nothing to God, that is the Context of the Passage, Time itself, the passage of time from one moment to another was created by God for us as He does not need it.
And God's use of time as He deals with us is used for the Consumation of His redemptive plan for Mankind.
Accept it.

You are quoting only part of the verse, and as usual you do not know what you are talking about. One is as a thousand years and a thousand years is as one day with God. This speaks of the timeless nature of God, and has nothing to do with the reckoning of time on earth. God is immortal and eternal; thus, time is nothing to him.
