"Telemarketers - finally! advertising you can abuse"

I had a great experience at a locally owned furniture shop. After chatting a while, that I'm gay came up as part of the conversation. I ended up getting not only a good price break but personalized finishing touches and delivery by the same guy - a happily married man who was just as nice dropping off the table set as he was at the store. There are lot's of good folks out there. What's your story?

Necrophilia is not unknown in animals, with a number of confirmed observations. Kees Moeliker allegedly made one of these observations while he was sitting in his office at the Natuurmuseum Rotterdam, when he heard the distinctive thud of a bird hitting the glass facade of the building. Upon inspection, he discovered a drake mallard lying dead about two meters from the building. Next to the downed bird there was a second drake mallard standing close by. As he observed the odd couple, the living drake picked at the corpse of the dead one for a few minutes and then mounted the corpse and began copulating with it. The act of necrophilia lasted for about 75 minutes, in which time, according to Moeliker, the living drake took two short breaks before resuming with copulating behavior. Moeliker surmised that at the time of the collision with the window the two mallards were engaged in a common motif in duck behavior which is called rape flight. "When one died the other one just went for it and didn't get any negative feedback -- well, didn't get any feedback," according to Moeliker. This is the first recorded case of necrophilia in the mallard duck.

But why do people get insulted why I say it?

Mark 6:34
When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd. So he began teaching them many things.

Oh, and why not "sheep" symbols on cars instead of those fish?
Sheep would be 1000 times more appropriate... on many levels.

Ok. Here goes. Are people in the US just better than the rest of the world since the majority of Christians are in the US and the Christians are the only ones going to heaven? Is it something in our DNA that makes us so holy? Are we God's chosen people? There's got to be something the US that makes people see the light.

standing up for the right?

Yesterday a man in Montreal went into a school and starting gunning down people.
There had been warnings on the website he was registered at (vampirefreaks.com) he had made several disturbing statements about killing people in his blog, and had posted quite a few pictures of himself in different poses with guns.
When the signs were so obvious that he was going to do something, why was people afraid to stand up for the right, and report him?
people on the site could have reported him, the moderators , the people who use that site , people saw his blogs and saw his pictures and did nothing.
People on that site are not right in their heads.
Why is nt that site shut down? why are we so afraid to say wrong is wrong , in the name of freedom of speech?
Have we as a nation as a culture become so afraid to stand up for the right thing, incase it infringes on someones freedom of choice?
Well now people have lost their freedom too by being killed.

Ok. In my last question, I asked if your child had killed somebody in cold blood, would you turn them in or help them out by keeping quiet about it or disposing the body etc.

Most people answered that they would turn their kids in.

Now let's say they killed someone in a crime of passion. (usually revenge for a major wrong-doing)

Would you still turn them in on account of these circumstances?

I have seen these claims before but no substance. I never ever seen one person state I am or was a mason and such and such happened. I do have an understanding of the gears that run the machine but people act like your signing over your soul. I would just like to see if I get some true insight. I don't even see a theory to these claims.

I don't want to hear anyone say that most women are catty in general because I know that is no where near true. I'm not sure what it is about white women, but I've come to find that they don't really handle emotional situations very well. I'm really not trying to be racist here, but this is something that just annoys the heck out of me. I don't know, maybe I've had to many bad experiences with white women.

This question was posted since few weeks ago,...but i never have a satisfying answer. So maybe now somebody wise can answer.

When we talk about justice,..it contain REVENGE,...we cant DENY this. Some people said justice is not revenge...i cant accept this!....because it just doesnt make sense.

If we follow Jesus :...we will forgive and and love other people....
If we follow philosophy of justice:....we will never forgive before we punish other people fault....

I like to wear leather at times and also enjoy other 'fetish' scenes. When going out,why does it seem that a majority of the men are just plain fat/out of shape etc? I like older men too, but am turned off by slobs or overweight guys.

And if ye are in doubt as to what We have revealed from time to time to Our servant, then produce a chapter like thereunto; and call your witnesses or helpers (if there are any) besides Allah if your (doubts) are true. But if ye cannot – and of a surety ye cannot – then fear the Fire whose fuel is Men and Stones – which is prepared for those who reject faith".
[Al-Qur’an 2:23-24]

What does it mean to "produce a chapter". Is it talking about trying to make another holy book? Or to try to rewright the chapter from memory OR..........is the answer simple and thinking too hard about it?

Every time I ask a question about some other religion, people make snide comments against Christianity under the apparent assumption that I'm a Christian. Why? I just asked a non-condemning question about Satanists and a couple of people ask things like 'well why believe the Bible?'. Well, I don't!

Why would people simply assume such a thing, even though nothing in the question, or my history here would even suggest it?

...(I suppose now they'll be assuming I'm a Satanist or a Muslim)

They brainwashed countless children into protesting smoking. But do a few cigarettes really kill you? No. It takes decades of smoking for it to build up. Now I don't smoke, but as a child I believed one cigarette would get me addicted according to all those anit-smoking ads, and that's not true. They got me young just like religion did.

Attempting to prove something without empirical evidence,
which I assume rational people accept, is like making up
one's own religion. Establishing a set of "truths" and then
adhering to them whether they have any common sense or not.

Sorry, I just think it's common sense that it can't be proven or disproven. Still waiting for empircal evidence.

I am neither Christian nor Atheist.

Anxiously awaiting abstractions...no, make that emprical evidence. Somebody, please go back to the beginning of time and take a picture of whoever or whatever caused the big bang...That will settle it..won't it?
