How do you say generic in spanish? I work at a pharmacy but I have no idea how to to explain it can anyone help please?

"Generico" for something masculine. "Generica" for something feminine. Since you are referring to drugs, you might want to use "generica" because the Spanish word for "drug", which is "droga", is feminine.
