I say that poking a good, coherent, intellegent troll is one of life's simple pleasures. The troll gets some attention, we both get a laugh, maybe some bistanders get a laugh, too; everyone wins.

It just ruins it when people get riled up over an obvious troll. Don't respond to the stupid trolls, guys. You're just letting them get lazy. Make them WORK for your attention.

That or have fun by mocking them. Then, once more, everyone wins. But for Pete's sake, if someone's clearly pressing a hot button just to press it, don't take them to heart.

TO REPHRASE THIS IN THE FORM OF A QUESTION:

Can you detect blatently obvious trolls? I like to think I can.

I have a new upstairs neighbor. Nice, middle aged, single woman. She isn't home much. She has two very small dogs (a pom and a yorkie) that do nothing but yap all day. And at night when she is on her computer (which is right above my son's crib) the sound of her computer chair rolling around on the hardwood floor is SUPER loud. She needs something under it. How can I mention these things to her without sounding mean or picky? I am usually really easy to get along with. I never heard the last couple that lived up there, so they never bothered me. I want to keep a good relationship with my new neighbor, but the dogs and the chair are really bothersome. Help?!

I am trying to summon him but he will not appear! I have tried everything...right now I am half-nude covered with blue body paint and intricate magical designs and holding my dog over a fire for sacrifice yet he still won't appear! WHERE IS HE?? Any1 know any rituals to summon him? do i have to tie the bible to my dog and trim off his fur first?

Or do the "expert" Jesus-freaks fail to see "Mission Accomplished" written in the Gospels long before the crucifixion of Two Thieves Jesus:

Matthew 11:15 - "The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor HAVE THE GOSPEL PREACHED TO THEM."

Luke 9:6 - "And they departed and went through the towns, PREACHING THE GOSPEL, and healing everywhere."

Why 4 Gospels for 1 crucifixion, 2 thieves, 2 Jesus crosses, 2 unnamed, and none named after Christ?

Why not just one Gospel of Christ?

this project requires me to do something deviant (i.e. something that is not normal and socially acceptable, but still legal). I then have to write about different reactions, etc.
Do you have any ideas on what I could do? I live in a big city so being gay or metrosexual, etc arent really deviant because there are lots of them around here. Im looking for something that pretty much everyone would not accept, but is not illegal.
For example, one girl is going to pretend to be pregnant and order drinks and smoke at a bar, this is not illegal but is very deviant. Im a guy so that doesnt work for me......any help? 10 points to a good idea!

I never had a problem with race until recently. And I would dare say that it is not a race issue but a problem with black men in general. I would love for an intelligent black man who knows what he is talking about to respond to this. Is it a trend? What do "they" provide that "we" don't? Is it "you"?
I am open to all cultures answering, but I challenge a black man to answer this openly and honestly without a snide remark.

Given that there is no tell-tale sign that a man is a virgin, this seems to me to be yet another hypocritical religious rule that limits women while giving men an escape route (ie, it didn't happen unless you're caught).

Why do women subject themselves to such an unbalanced rule?

I mean, it's not really a choice to be gay ( unlike drugs, murder, prostitution, etc...), it's just who you are. Straight people didn't choose to be straight they just are. So I don't think it should be a sin. Being gay is kind of like a characteristic or something. So why is it like this?

has there been prove of some creature living in the sewer. I'm not just talking about the myth about alligators living in the sewer's. could there be a possibility that something could be down there and we haven't seen it because some sewer's arent cheacked,like some big citties like japan, or a place in eurpoe.there's sewer's so big that who know's what's down there.there could be creatures that have been living in sewers for as long 300 years.

How many of you believe that the 'terrorist' attack was done by some newbie pilots that may or may not known all that was required to fly a large jet aircraft.

Those who do beiieve can you explain how someone who was just learning how to fly was able to be so precise given that planes as big as those involved would not likely 'stear' easily.

I understand that a pilot of any large aircraft has to have so many hours of experience in a single engine light aircraft before they are allowed to fly as a copilot in a large jet.

In fact i believe you need to get your private pilots lience before you can go to get a jet aircracft lience before you can get a multi engine jet aircraft lience.

Then there is the issue that the fires that were burning were releasing black smoke indicating that they where not hot fires (probably less than 1000 degrees fahrenhiet and steel melts at over 2000 degrees fahrenhiet)

The fuel flashed off on impact and did not contribute to the fire.
