They already have all the same rights as everybody else. They can get married, providing they marry someone of the opposite sex.

And next pedophiles will want to ammend the law to lower the age of consent and accomodate their "lifestyle". Sound like a stretch? It's already happening in Europe.

Bottom line: Changing laws to accomodate our slipping moral values is a pandora's box.

Only individuals (human, out of the womb), have rights in the United States.

Otherwise we would have certain rights for whites, left-handed people, rich people, poor people, people who like to fly kites, etc. Things could get out-of-hand quickly.

The rights that all US citizens have are all written down. Just type "U.S. Constitution" in your favorite search engine.

Yep. People are people. They pay their taxes. They vote like good citizens. They have equal rights like the rest of us.
