God see us all the time,He hear us all the time,so why dont we just worship Him alone,and stop worshiping what is created and start worshiping what is Creator.that includes saints,people,animals and rest of the world we see,becose God is unlike we have ever seen or imagined...much ,much greater and there are no words to explain or to reach His Majesty and His Beuty.Only He can explain Himself and we are only His servants.

Why do people feel the need to give up their independant thoughts and beliefs to whichever religion they happen to have been born into or worse brainwashed by? Can't people be happy without giving themselves up to long dead, invisible, unresponsive ghosts? Seriously I was raised christian and am so much happier since I decided (with my own mind) to scrap the whole thing.

Bible is one of the holy book among the Holy books found in this world. Maximum in all the Holy books GOD was specified as a male character. This is not acceptable. Humans know themselves when they matured in earlier stone age as per theories. Then how come the GOD can be a male?????

How about we tell the terrorist,one more incident in the U.S.A. that we can trace to you,and Mecca is a mushroom cloud?This would force them all to be accountable to all other Muslims people for the consequences of their actions.If they are warned it would happen(In no uncertain terms) and they still persist,they would have nobody to blame but themselves.Then perhaps the good ones would start to pressure the bad ones to stop their activities.They might even start to turn in Muslims that they even suspect are involved in terrorist activity.

You might consider me an old fuddy duddy but I find it very improper for salesmen, tradesmen etc., to call me by my christian name instead of Mrs.......etc.

I was always taught that it is rude to do this, unless told "please call me Sue" etc.

Would it be considered fussy to ask them to call me Mrs., and what would be the least pedantic way of asking them.

Concerning this the most quoted part of the bible is Sodom and Gomorrah.

Firstly, The word 'yadha' appear in the bible 943 times and this word is only used 10 times to mean sex and on all of those occasions it's concerning homosexuals. The word 'shakabh' is the hebrew word for homosexual sex but this was never mentioned in Sodom and Gomorrah.

When Sodom burnt down Lot goes to the top of a mountain, gets drunk and has sex with his two daughters. God did not punish him for this.

So if Sodom and Gomorrah is about homosexuality (which is debatable) then for those who believe that the bible tells you that homosexuality is wrong do you believe it is okay in the eyes of the lord to do what Lot did?
