Why don't you "google it" (Should I be saying that on Yahoo? lol)? It's much easier and faster than wasting 5 points to ask strangers who might not know how to answer your question. Just type "christian names" on your search engine of choice and I'm sure you'll find the answer you're looking for.

Jesus! No, I keed, I keed.

When a person refers to your Christian name theyean the name given at birth. Harkens back to the days when infants were baptized and the clergyman said "I batize thee (insert name) in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit" while sprinkling the baby with holy water.

Im not sure what you are asking, but if you are naming a first son, it is the husbands first name and the wifes last name as his middle name and then the last name of the husband.

Your Christian name is your first name. I was told, but not sure if its true, that if you are Baptized that you cannot legally change your Christian name. Yes you can be called anything you want, use any name you like, but you cannot legally change it.

Your 'Christian' name is the one you were christened with at church.

When someone asks, they want your full first name. For example, my full first name is Victoria, though I go by Vicki.
