Jesus never fought, said anything he regreted to another or even thought bad thoughts about others. Why do people hate these actions that he portrayed?

during jesus's crucifiction none of the apostles other than john were beleived to be hiding. The rest probably got the details of the event from another source. Mark and Luke got their accounts from peter (who was likely to be in hiding) and paul (who only started fallowing jesus a lot later )

According to the bible Since it was passover, jesus and the rest of the convicts were taken down very soon and only jesus was miraculously dead. he was then placed in a tomb and 3 days later he resurrected.

Isn't it possible that jesus only appeared to be dead taken to the tomb. Woke up from the coma escaped from the tomb went to the apostles and then did what any sensible person would do- leave the country before the officials found out.

of course how he managed to escape the tomb undetected is unclear but there can be many possiblities.

one possobility is that he was discovered to be alive when a few followers came to visit him, and they sneaked him out

It seems I always take guys home the first night i meet them...Some have become friends, others have faded into memories. Does getting sexual with someone you just met make me a "whore"? Or does it mean I just like to have fun?

Isn`t it rediculous to ask us to simply believe without evidence? what is the point, there is no logic at all. Is it just poor parenting?
If I had run off before my Kids were born, they wouldnt know me but would still `believe` in me... thats not enough. I let my children(grown up now) live their lives, but I still advise and support them and maintain contact.
Is whatever form of God you believe in not just an arseh*le bad parent then to turn its back. What kind of pr*ck would refuse to help his children simply understand who they are?
Whats the big deal? Why all the secrets and cover-ups?

P.S. I have absolute belief in God, a very different being to that which religion has invented.. My system of belief also pre-dates all world religions by thousands of years and I know the spirit because I can visit whenever I choose........... Some early faiths use the name `Pan`,..... it means including everything/everyone/everywhere..... Nice bloke, but a bit too `earthy` for some.

If so, what's your theory on how time began? Who or what do you think started time?

Jesus went around in Galilee, purposely staying away from Judea because the Jews there were waiting to take his life. But when the Jewish Feast of Tabernacles was near,Jesus' brothers said to him,"You ought to leave here and go to Judea, so that your disciples may see the miracles you do. No one who wants to become a public figure acts in secret. Since you are doing these things, show yourself to the world."For even his own brothers did not believe in him.
Therefore Jesus told them, "The right time for me has not yet come;for you any time is right. The world cannot hate you, but it hates me because I testify that what it does is evil. You go to the Feast.I am not yet going up to this Feast, because for me the right time has not yet come."Having said this, he stayed in Galilee.
However, after his brothers had left for the Feast, he went also, not publicly, but in secret. (John 7:1-10)

Let me get this straight. People devote their lives here on earth to praise jesus the son of god. I am assuming that they are doing it because they don't want to go to hell.
So when they die they go to heaven. Then you must praise for eternity? What happens if you have been praising for 3,000 yrs would it get boring after a while? Why are people praising? Is it because they fear god? Or is it because you have to when you get there or you have no option? (I just don't get this whole heaven thing.)

Seems to me the answer is clearly, yes of course. We’re not talking contraceptives here, or sex before marriage and all that sort of jazz nonsense. We’re talking killing and murder to control birth and world population.

Religion is responsible for the majority of wars, conflict and murder of innocent life since humanity began. People kill and murder in the name of God.

Is that not a wonderful religious way to control population? Would it not be more peaceful and loving to allow contraceptives, without the need to kill and murder?

Your thoughts please.

I found an antique at a thrift store. I brought it home and thought nothing of it. A few weeks later my husband and I (even my cats, I could see their nostrils flare ) started to smell the scent of smoke, sewage and herbs strongly in certain areas of our home at any given place and time. For over a month I would fly off my chair and run to the kitchen to check the burners on the stove. Or nose around our home searching for the scent. One day I came across the antique on my bookshelf(I had forgot about it). I joked out loud and decided to put it outside on my porch just in case. We haven't smelled anything since. Coincidence?
