What is your opinion on the white dudes that dress hip hop and try to act like thugs. And also call each other the N-bomb.

Personally, I can't stand them. Especially the white girls who put weave in their hair and try to talk with ebonics.

Just be yourself people.

That is, is it possible for atheists to accept the fact that there have always been people who have faith in a higher power, and most likely always will be? Can they accept that their lack of faith in any deity doesn't make them superior in any way to people of faith?
Why do so many atheists feel like they have to "bash" believers? Does it make them feel better about their lack of faith? Do they feel as if they have some sort of mission to "convert" believers?
Can't we all just get along?

Why is OK to have a "Black college or university", but if white people said this about say, (for example) Yale, being a "White university" the NAACP would grab their heaviest of artillery (Al Sharpton) and be ready for battle. I don't get it. Aren't people perpetuating the history of injustice, segregration and inequality that Blacks endured in the US by claiming some colleges as "black", some scholarships as "black. and etc? I mean, if a peaceful White supremacist orginazation decided to fund a scholarship just for students of Germanic descent, it probably would not be able to even be publicized in the schools. Why not? The NAACP has several scholarships, and one could argue that they are just "peaceful" black supremacists. Why the double standard if people are really working so hard to unite? Why can't we all just be people? Jeez...

And yes smartasses, I am Black.

Anyone is free to answer. I'm just curous what people will say.

I just couldn't help notice that I didn't not lose my hope when I realized that I don't believe in god, although I was raised to think that hope comes from god.
Yet I really can't shake the notion that I really think life is good and all will turn out alright if I don't give up.
Anyone have thoughts on this?

Coming out of stores, evangelists will come and tell me the "Roman Road to Salvation", and quote Romans 3:10, where it says there are none righteous, and that the wages of sin is death. Why do evangelists put more emphasis on the words of Paul than on the words of Jesus, the man they claim to believe in?

The ancient sages of India developed a spiritually advanced civilization thousands of years ago that was based on respect for all life with the goal of helping each other to advance spiritually in this life and the next. They wrote thousands of books that have recently been translated from the ancient sanskrit language into English. When a new cashier line opens up and the cashier says "Can I help who's next?" why does everyone scramble from the back of the line to the new cashier? Shouldn't the person in the front of the line patiently waiting their turn be allowed to enter first to the new cashier line?

Do you wish, you wouldn't have to click on questions you asked, and scroll down, and read from the same people day in and day out, that "You need Jesus" or whatever conversion attempt they make.

Would you want the following categories:

-Christianity
-Islam
-Hinduism
-Budhism
-Agnostocism
-New Age
-Atheism
-Jim_Darwinism
-Other Spirituality

Cause while I love my fellow man, having to read "You need Jesus" when its clear and obvious I won't convert, gets sorta, I don't know, inauthentic.

Which category would you frequent more often? Over there in jim_darwinism I will be, with my fellow reverse trolls, asking about life and love, and never wishing conversion, but honoring you for you.

Hey there my fellow people, I am a school bus monitor for laidlaw transit in springfield illinois. I have had the same bus route for the last 3 yrs this starts my fourth yr. Most of the kids know the rules and aren't that bad, however I pick up jr. high kids and they are terrible they still dont' want to listen , they are all about fighting at any little thing. The district doesn't give us much authority to do anything with them, I am at my wits end and the school doesn't do anything. What do other people from everywhere else think of this situation, what do you think can be done about the school and them being more supportive of us bus workers and providing disipline for the students.? All replies apprechiated.

We are ALL ALIENS from another galaxy. We were put on this earth by God as an experiment. We crashed here and lost communication with GOD and that is why we pray. Telepathy is a form of communication ya know. WE didn't look like what we are now until we mixed with the chimps. Wha la! Homo Sapiens. We still wanted to get off the planet so we tried to contact God by building giant pyramids. God just lets us do our thing here. He hears us, and throws more variables into the equation but leaves it up to us to come up with the solution. Only one GOD. All religions are man made. We will never know the truth and that is beautiful, right?

What happens to your mind, when you see something from a different perspective, does it grow, change, flourish?

Does a tear drip from your eye as you expirience something new, as a tear drips from my eye, when I read something, that changes my view?

Do you fear further changes? Do Fundamentalist Christians fear becoming "regular" Christians? Do Atheists fear becoming "Agnostics"?

I'm not bragging, it was never an intention, but there are people, a few, who were "die hard atheist" who are now "a little agnostic".

They were that way, just didn't have the wording for it, but they shared that agnostic world view.

They were changed in how they view themselves, not that they themselves changed.

Do you put yourself under the microscope on yahoo answers? Do you put your favorites there and observe them? Do you watch them grow, as I do, watching my fans grow as people, continueing their journey of life to its fullest.

There are certainly social rules for this subject. For example as an adult male I think it is inappropriate for me to tell a younger girl her zipper is down.
1. A stranger
2. An Acquaintance
3. Gender
4. Age
5. In a public place.
I use to walk around with my fly open mainly to see if anyone would say anything to me (besides the fact that I'm just weird like that)
